BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Perform pre-procedure workups including history and physical, ordering relevant tests and coordinating services needed on procedure day and post procedure care
Implement patient-centered care plans and manage patients with acute or chronic heart failure.
Ensure patients receive optimal Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT) and manage patient symptoms to reduce readmissions and hospitalizations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests including echocardiograms and stress tests.
Educate patients about self-care including weight management, diet and fluid intake.
Assist with patient callbacks, prescription renewals and other relevant clinical duties.

Role Description

We are seeking a full time Hospitalist Physician at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY! Our Hospitalist Physicians work 12- hour shifts (7 on 7 off rotation). Claxton-Hepburn has provided care to the community for over 130 years. The 115-bed facility includes 67 acute-care beds, a 28-bed acute-care mental health center, a 10-bed intensive care unit and a 10-bed obstetrics unit.
Position Description:
The Physician is responsible for in-patient care, rounding, admissions, discharges, and consults. The Physician will assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories. The Physician will document patient care services by charting in-patient and department records.
Salary range:
$328,000-$382,000 per year

The Senior Boiler Controls Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing and tuning boilers in the field. This position also requires some mechanical work across a variety of systems such as pumps, valves and piping.

Essential functions:
- Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade Industrial boiler controls sensors and field devices.

Basic Requirements:
Education:

Experience:

- Able to travel overnight up to 40% of the time when needed. Daily local travel to customer sites.
Physical Skill & Effort:
Requires stooping, climbing, bending, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds, working in confined and elevated areas, and prolonged standing. Able to work long hours in a physical role.
