Project Scheduler – Construction Owners Representative / Consultancy

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with a strong background in Data Center Construction to lead and oversee projects in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing phases of pre-construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage General Contractors, Subcontractors to ensure project owner's vision is actualized
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely completion of project schedule
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Data Center construction.
- Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure.
- Willingness to be in Milwaukee.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
