Non-CDL Shuttle Driver

General Manager
The General Manager will proactively manage overall operations, including the delivery of safe and reliable service, employee oversight, management of contract assets, risk management, client and customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This position is based in Oakland, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Completion of a four (4) year college degree in a relevant field is desirable, although a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fiel,d or equivalent business experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a fixed route or paratransit bus operation of similar size and scope.
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws.
- Thorough knowledge of transit system regulations and operations.
- Ability to build solid and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage cost control and financial budget.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding technology, apps, Wi-Fi, and understanding of transportation technology.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to organize and perform work efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate Labor Relations issues and work effectively with union partners, including labor grievances and negotiations.

The General Manager (GM) βBattery Testing is responsible for the full P&L, operational leadership, commercial growth, and regulatory compliance of a mobility-focused TIC laboratory. The lab supports automotive, EV, aerospace, rail, and advanced mobility customers with testing, inspection, and certification services.

The Practice
Adventist Health Lodi Memorial β Lodi, California
- A 214-bed hospital which supports 10 med/surg ICU beds and six (6) ORs.
- The group staffs multiple outpatient facilities, all within a short drive of the hospital.
- In-house OB.
- The pediatric population is healthy, and the laboring patients are generally low risk.
- The surgical staff is facile with the two daVinci robots onsite, taking the next step in laparoscopic surgery.
- Same-day surgery cases for additional positions that dilute the call burden.
- Case mix includes orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, and labor & delivery.
- No trauma, no cardiac, and no neurosurgery. No pressure to publish. There are no take back hearts or strokes for clot retrieval.
- Minor trauma (i.e., ground level falls) and while there are emergencies, they tend to be urgent, not emergent.

We are seeking a RN Director of Clinical Services to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the appropriate delivery of hospice services, compliance with Medicare Hospice Benefit Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and Gentivaβs patient-first operating model. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and delivery of hospice clinical services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
Establish, implement, and evaluate clinical goals and objectives aligned with regulatory standards and organizational philosophy
Manage hospice physician schedules, certification/recertification processes, and clinical oversight issues
Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight to nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
