Roofing On-Site Project Manager

Location: Field Based / On-Site

Perennial Roofing is seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. This role is critical to ensure jobs are executed efficiently, documented properly, and communicated clearly between homeowners, sales staff, crews, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has in-depth shingle and metal roofing knowledge, is organized, professional, problem solving, outspoken, and comfortable managing active job sites while serving as the primary on-site point of contact.

• Oversee roofing projects on-site to ensure work is completed according to scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Forward plan based on the week's build schedule you receive with the information and documentation provided by company sales reps.
• Communicate specific project details, updates, and issues with sales representatives and internal staff.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Photo document build progress and capture required documentation using company-provided software.
• Ensure crews have the information needed to complete work correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
• Check supply drops and ensure deliveries match orders.
• Pickup/ return miscellaneous material to local distributors.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of roofing project management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal pickup truck
• Ability to pull a small trailer if needed 
• Ability to clearly communicate project details with sales staff
• Comfortable using mobile software applications for photo documentation and reporting
• Professional and confident when speaking directly with homeowners
• Willingness to travel when needed, sometimes for periods of up to a few weeks

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Ability to effectively supervise 
• Confidence to correct crew deficiencies 
• Confidence to identify/ diagnose roofing related issues
