Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Download monthly client experience reports (source documents) from insurance carriers via email or web portal for assigned book of clients.
• Review the source documents for accuracy and ensure that they include all the required data for that specific report.
• Load source documents into the NFP file system, saving in accordance with NFPCS filing conventions.
• Prepare financial and utilization reports (based on the source documents) to be used in monthly/quarterly experience reports, annual forecasting (renewals) and any ad-hoc analysis for fully insured clients.
• Assist Financial Consultants with preparing financial and utilization reports for large/self-insured clients.
• Attend client meetings and perform follow-up with clients/team members on action plan items to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the employee benefits marketplace.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

• Ability to correspond on all financial issues in a clear, concise and persuasive manner.
• Effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and coworkers.
• Strong Analytical Skills.

• Working knowledge of the group insurance marketplace is preferred but not required.

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receive the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.

In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.

What You Will Do

• Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables
• Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data

• Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data

Position Summary:

Member Advocate - Member Experience Center-Call handles member requests and provides exceptional member service, using product knowledge to recognize cross sell opportunities and refer to appropriate credit union specialists.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Effectively handle incoming calls, making sure all calls are answered within 2 rings, while ensuring established average speed of answer performance and abandon rate standards are met.
• Assist members with general inquiries, account management, routine account-related requests such as: account reconciliation, evaluation and explanation of products, service fee and overdraft charges, up to and including fee refunds, transfer of funds, stop payment requests, debit cards (i.e.: usage, limits and dispute processing), credit card and loan payment processing, account maintenance changes (i.e.: name/address, phone, etc.) check reorders and interaction with internal support departments and 3rd parties.

• Demonstrated dedication to positive, member-focused service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure member related issues are handled in a fair, consistent manner.
