DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports them in achieving sales goals, managing daily operations, and improving associate performance. Faculty appointment The Department of Psychiatry consists of a 33 bed inpatient unit, consultation liaison service, PHP/IOP clinic and ECT service.
The Behavioral Health Center offers inpatient treatment for adults 18 and old who are experiencing acute illnesses that require 24-hour medical care.
They are a certified Baker Act Receiving Facility that also accepts voluntary and direct admissions.
The incoming physician would focus on inpatients consults, and IOP.
A resident is in house 24/7 for consults, admissions and emergencies.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a 650+ provider multispecialty group practice that seeks a full-time board certified or board eligible Interventional Radiologist to join its recently established Interventional Radiology specialty practice primarily in Boise, Idaho. Saint Alphonsus is the principal provider of advanced, innovative and interventional services, and is the only Regional Level II Trauma Center at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC). This is a traditional work week schedule plus call and hospital responsibilities that include evenings and weekends. Clinic, IR, and call responsibilities. The call requirement is shared equally with members of the Interventional Radiology Department.
As the regional provider of advanced interventional radiology services, Saint Alphonsus Interventional Radiologists will have the opportunity to work with other Interventional Radiologists and Radiology APPs to provide care for patients with complex conditions by incorporating advanced imaging modalities with minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat a wide variety of diseases.
Saint Alphonsus has a well-established interventional radiology service that includes biplane angiography, MRI MRA, CT/CTA, CT perfusion, 4- vessel angiography, and provides an opportunity for Interventional Radiologists to perform embolization, thrombectomy, venous access, TIPS, aortic dissection, peripheral arterial disease, biopsies, ablations, stent placements, and others based on training and community need.
Interventional Radiologists will work primarily at the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (Level II Trauma Center). Weekday procedures are also provided at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa, with limited coverage obligations at Saint Alphonsus Medical Centers in Ontario and Baker City, Oregon.
When fully staffed the Interventional Radiology provider team includes four (4) Interventional Radiologists, and five (5) Advanced Practice Providers trained in support of the Interventional Radiology practice. Hospital Call is split between Radiologists and APPs to minimize call burden and after-hours support requirements. Primary call location is in Boise at SARMC; with Radiologists responsible for Weeknight and Weekend Interventional Call at SARMC, and APPs covering weekend days in Boise and Nampa for non-invasive IR support.
Support:
Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise currently has 44 critical care beds including a 22-bed Trauma Neurosurgery, Stroke and Medical ICU, a 10 bed CVICU, and 10 bed CICU.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA residency program in Radiology
- Successful completion of an accredited Fellowship in Interventional Radiology
- Obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC- Boise and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.

Summary of Responsibilities
A Behavioral Health Practitioner (BHP) works under the direction and supervision of a Clinical Manager, providing community-based behavioral health services to individuals with psychiatric illness, substance use issues and/or co-occurring disorders. The BHP must be open and willing to work with culturally and gender diverse groups and individuals to facilitate goals of self-efficacy. This position requires a high degree of self-initiative and motivation. The schedule is flexible, as determined by the person servedโ s needs and may include early morning, evening or weekend appointments. The position may involve services provided in the designated BHS clinic, driving to persons served homes or various locations within the community where services are provided (if services are offered on-site according to the program and funding source.) It may include telehealth services utilizing both audio and visual communication with individuals. BHPs provide individual, family and group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, initial assessments to determine level of care, treatment planning, case presentations, presenting psychoeducational information to individuals regarding diagnosis, symptoms, medications, relapse prevention and safety planning. The BHP provides services to both children and adults. The position also includes participating in multidisciplinary case conferences and supervision, treatment plan reviews, developing aftercare treatment and all required documentation utilizing Collaborative Documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
โขPrimary focus is on providing comprehensive clinical services and therapy which includes biopsychosocial assessments, screening and placement for level of care, diagnosis, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, brief interventions utilizing evidence-based care and tools and educational counseling services to a caseload of personโs served consisting of adults and children.
โขCommunity- based mental health services which includes services in the persons served home, school or community location in addition to office and telehealth clinical services.
โขBHP Licensed Psychotherapists are expected to complete the Certificate of Professional Initiating Involuntary Examination form for any individual meeting Baker Act criteria in their presence.
โขBHPs and mandatory providers are expected to adhere to all Florida mandatory reporting laws in addition to but not limited to child abuse and elderly abuse.

Additionally, there is also a robust group of IP and OP APPโs that provide support. Procedures performed include: Diagnostic Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, Balloon Angioplasty, Coronary and Vascular Stent Placements, Permanent Pacemakers, ICDโs, multiple ablations, Coronary Thrombectomy, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Peripheral Vascular Angiography, Peripheral Vascular Interventions, Intravascular Ultrasound, Intracardiac Ultrasound, Cardioversion and Tilt Table Studies. The Boise practice is part of a larger, employed and integrated 18-member Cardiology team reaching across the health system from Boise to Baker City Oregon. Saint Alphonsus Heart Institute is also the only program in the region to be Chest Pain Accredited through the American College of Cardiology. Saint Alphonsus Cardiology also holds Idaho Time Sensitive Emergency designation for STEMI, Stroke and Trauma.
The schedule for this opportunity is M-F with mutual flexibility. Located at Boise Hospital (main campus) with outreach to clinics 1-2 times per month & affiliated telemedicine network facilities. Call is shared equally among 5 providers.
Support: Cardiac MRI and CT Angiography, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Trauma, Neurosurgery and a large group of Hospitalists and Intensivists. SAMG has a network of 74 primary and specialty care clinic locations. E.D. The cardiac cath lab is a staffed with board-certified cardiologists, registered nurses, radiology techs and cardiovascular technologists.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship program.
- Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM) with certification of special qualification (CSQ) in Interventional Cardiology - or obtain certifications within 3 years of employment.
- Unrestricted full license in Idaho and Oregon to practice medicine in all its phases ยท Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Nampa, SARMC - Boise and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- Secure appropriate hospital medical staff privileges to include Stents, IVUS, Interventional left and right heart catheterizations, electrocardiograms, holter and echocardiogram interpretation, stress treadmill testing & supervision, stress echos, and pacemaker implantations and checks. Nuclear cardiology skills are welcome but not required. Echo board certification is also not a requirement. Interventional treatment of peripheral vascular disease is also available.

Meade is seeking a full-time Payroll Administrator to join our team in Willowbrook, Illinois. This role is ideal for candidates with prior payroll experience; however, we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience who are eager to learn and grow. The Payroll Administrator will play a key role in supporting a growing local organization and ensuring accurate, compliant payroll operations across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
โข Process endโtoโend payroll for employees working across multiple states.
โข Update and maintain employee withholding tax changes, garnishments, and tax levies.
โข Review payrolls to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
โข Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and employees.
โข Prepare union benefit reports for multiple unions.
โข Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
โข Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
โข Manage 10+ weekly Certified Payroll Reporting projects and respond to related inquiries.
โข Utilize relevant systems such as LCP Tracker, Baker Tillyโs IRA Compliance Software, Illinois Department of Labor Reporting Software, and Global Project Tracking Systems (preferred).
โข Serve as backup for weekly union payroll processing and monthly fringe union reporting across various states and systems.
Qualifications
โข Prior payroll experience preferred; minimum of 2 years is ideal.
โข Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
โข Strong organizational skills with the ability to multiโtask effectively.
โข Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
โข Willingness to work limited hours during holiday weekends and occasional overtime.
โข Union payroll experience is a plus.
โข Fullโtime availability.
