Responsibilities
Some Sales Experience Preferred, additional training will be provided! As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

* Work in New Homeowner Communities - reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending e-mails, mail, and making telephone calls
* Warm leads provided
* Paid training and licensing
* Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners within your assigned area
* Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
* Work outside
* Be self-motivated, organized, and personable while you work independently

Qualifications
Some experience required - additional training will be provided!

* Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
* Must successfully pass background and drug screening
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Good Driving record
