The mission for the Lead Caregiver position is to improve the overall quality of care that Tender Rose provides to our clients living with dementia. They raise the quality of care on new and existing client cases by training on all client cases in their region and providing skilled coverage for all short-notice shifts; being the first staff member to work with new clients and helping to train ongoing Memory Care Professionals (MCPs) for new cases; and supporting our Care Coordinators with care management tasks.

The Lead Caregiver (Assistant Care Coordinator) will play a key role in the success of the
organization through their 5 Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Start new client cases
• Work the first three shifts with all new clients in assigned region
• Provide feedback to Care Coordinators with care plans
• Train and introduce MCPs for the ongoing team
2. Cover MCP callouts
• Train on all cases in region(s)
• Cover all short-notice call-outs during assigned schedule
3. Train and coach MCPs on client cases
• Assist Care Coordinators with care plan meetings for MCPs as needed
• Introduce all MCPs to clients on their first shift
• Assess MCP readiness and work the shift for MCP if necessary
4. Tasks to support Care Management

working with a client. List of tasks and duties to be completed while on office shifts.

Reporting directly to the DGS Secretary, this executive leadership position serves as the Chief of Police for the Maryland Capitol Police (MCP) with the rank of Colonel. Job responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring a combination of strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. The Chief is required to ensure the effective management and enforcement of all laws and regulations related to criminal and traffic law, building security, infrastructure protection, the safety of the legislative general assembly, protection of the Maryland State Capitol, managing and monitoring demonstrations and rallies on the Capitol grounds, and ensuring resource management within the department.
The Chief and MCP’s leadership team are responsible for developing and implementing MCP’s policies, procedures, and programs to safeguard and protect state-owned and leased facilities, reduce crime, and promote sustainable practices. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in law enforcement, criminal justice, criminology, or a related field in law enforcement, public administration, or a related field of study. (Executive leadership training to include FBINA, SMIP, FBI LEEDA, and Northwestern School of Police and Command may be considered in place of a Bachelor’s degree.)
- Ten (10) years of professional experience in law enforcement, with a minimum of five (5) years of this experience at a command level position, to include experience at the rank of an assistant or deputy police chief.
- Demonstrated track record of effective leadership, innovation, and collaboration within law enforcement, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically diverse and multicultural community.

Limitations on Selection:
1. This position is only open to those who have successfully graduated from a recognized police training academy or equivalent law enforcement training. Proof of said education/training is required prior to hire.

Special Requirements:
1. Selection standards for Police Officer certification are established by the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission per Public Safety Article, Section 3-207, Annotated Code of Maryland. Seeking an AI/ML Operations professional for the following role -
Overall Responsibilities
- Manage operational workflows for model deployments, updates, and versioning across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Monitor model performance metrics: latency, throughput, error rates, token usage, and inference quality
- Track model drift, accuracy degradation, and performance anomalies - escalating to engineering as needed.
- Support knowledge base operations including vector embedding pipeline health, chunk quality, and refresh cycles in Vertex AI.
- Maintain model inventory and documentation across multi-cloud environments.
- Coordinate model evaluation cycles with Responsible AI and Core Engineering teams
Agent & MCP Server Operations
- Monitor AI agent health, performance, and reliability (AutoGen-based agents, MCP servers)
- Track agent execution metrics: task completion rates, tool call success/failure, latency, and error patterns
- Support agent deployment and configuration management workflows
- Document agent behaviors, known issues, and operational runbooks
- Coordinate with Core Engineering on agent updates, testing, and rollouts

FinOps & Cost Management

Monitoring, Dashboarding & Reporting

- Develop Responsible AI dashboards tracking hallucination rates, accuracy metrics, guardrail triggers, and safety incidents.

Release Operations Support
- Support release management processes with pre/post-deployment validation checks.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with cloud cost management and FinOps - tracking, analyzing, and optimizing cloud spend.
- Strong proficiency with dashboarding and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Grafana, or similar)

Position Summary
The IS Senior Epic Server Engineer will be responsible for implementing and supporting Epic EHR solutions client and server components that take into account appropriate redundancy, availability, scalability, security and manageability requirements of Lakeland Regional Health’s IS Department. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the technical strategy, vision, architecture and evolution of LRH’s Epic implementation(s), infrastructure and ancillary technologies. This role will be responsible for architecture and implementations including, but not limited to, MyChart, Epic-Link, Epic Hyperspace Web, Epic interconnect servers, Epic FIPS servers, BCA and Web deployment, Kuiper, Haiku, and Canto to support Lakeland Regional’s patient, guest and employee population. He/she must have the experience and technical competence to implement server and application infrastructure, validate implementations and ready systems for operational hand overs. This individual will work collaboratively with other groups participating in system sustaining engineering activities such as upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and expansions as well as provide last-level support of escalated technical issues. Knowledge of Cache or dba practices, VMware, Active Directory, and Citrix XenDesktop, and NetScaler preferred.
