Position Summary:
The Senior Estimator is responsible for the accurate takeoff and pricing of the work, including all direct and indirect costs for heavy/civil/roadway/marine projects. The Senior Estimator directs all estimators working on the bid, manages the preparation of a pre-bid schedule, and assists with contacting, comparing, and selecting the appropriate subcontractors and vendors, and works closely with the Chief Estimator through bid closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
- Oversee and assist with takeoff and pricing of all direct and indirect cost items associated with the project(s) under his or her direction, through closeout and submission, with all done in full compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all bid documents conform with any addenda or modifications.
- Oversee and direct the efforts of those working on the estimate(s).
- Manage preparation of the pre-bid schedule.
- Ensure that proper subcontractor and vendor coverage is obtained for the bid, especially DBE coverage.
- Suggest and arrange any pre-bid testing that will increase the accuracy of the bid.
- Ensure that the integrity of the bid files and process is always maintained.
- Ensure that labor rates, bond rates, insurance, and any other job-specific information in HCSS is properly set up and maintained.
- Work with the Chief Estimator and the estimating staff through bid submission.
- Assist with the budget preparation, DBE selection and documentation on successful projects.
- Chair Project Turnover Meetings for new projects.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of HCSS is a prerequisite.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of complex highway, piling, bridge and marine construction experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory estimating position working on projects valued in excess of $50 million.
- Minimum of 2 years of design/build experience with large public heavy/civil projects.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience with computerized takeoff and/or design programs.

Core Responsibilities
Global Campaign Development Strategy
Help develop with Director guidance overall global marketing campaign strategy gotomarket plans from end to end development execution analysis and maintenance of marketing campaigns for select programstitles
Act as a SubjectMatter Expert and an IP steward demonstrating a deep knowledge expertise and enthusiasm for your IP
Campaign Execution
Manage plan execution for owned campaigns ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on time
Support collaboration with Media team to build and refine paid consumer media campaigns
Ensure all creative assets are approved by stakeholders before delivery and troubleshoot along the way with productioncreative
Cross Functional Collaboration Relationship Building
Partner with key cross functional teams to execute against campaign milestones and support strategic plans
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring alignment and proactively following up on action items and outstanding questions
Strategic Effective Communications
Align key stakeholders with clear and concise written communication including any essential campaign emailsupdates
Support team alignment by communicating marketing strategy plans activations etc including the creation and presentation of marketing documentsdecks
Document Reporting Maintenance
Develop and contribute to weekly agendas for assigned titles
Support creation and development of key documents
DataResearch Analytics

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
5-7 years working in marketing or entertainment
A team player mindset
Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload working across multiple campaigns at any given time
Strong verbal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative yet fastpaced work environment
Additional Qualifications
Experience in Streaming driving Original Series marketing a plus
Passionate about all things pop culture and entertainment
Excellent sense of humor
