Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition and are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!

The Driver is responsible for driving a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food-related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and promptly. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip), including tractor/truck and trailer inspections according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to ensure they meet company safety standards and takes appropriate action as needed. Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
  • Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
  • Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
  • Performs a count check of items and checks customer invoices of products that have been loaded. Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
  • Moves the tractor to the loading dock and attach the preloaded trailer as needed.
  • Drives to and delivers customer orders according to the predetermined route delivery schedule. Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
  • Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contacts the supervisor about removing orders according to company policy. Verifies delivery of items with the customer and obtains proper signatures. Collects money (cash or checks) where required.
  • Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors. Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
  • Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, material,s and remove trash from trailers as required.
  • Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties in the tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

•1+ years Tractor/Trailer driving experience

•Valid CDL-A

•Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)

•Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years

•Pass road test

•Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card

•Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

  • Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
  • Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
  • Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.

Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:

  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)

The Building Engineer is responsible for the physical operations of assigned properties, ensuring high project performance is met based on established goals and benchmarks. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Portfolio Management

  • Manages maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements for assigned buildings. Including all building systems – mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, elevator/escalator, building envelope
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements preventative and on-going maintenance programs to preserve and/or upgrade building systems
  • Stays abreast of latest technologies related to building systems and equipment
  • Manages Energy Management System programs, performs in-house programming and develops computer-based graphics to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems while considering occupant comfort, efficiency and minimizing operating costs


Vendor Management

  • Manages vendor relationships effectively to ensure service expectations and contract obligations are met and costs are within budget and/or opportunities for expense savings are achieved
  • Oversees and inspects work performed by outside contractors seeing that the contract specifications are followed, and work is completed in a timely manner
  • Competitively bids service agreements as necessary

JOB CONDITIONS

There is a high noise environment in mechanical rooms when chillers are operating. Some exposure to concentrated particulates during perimeter unit cleaning. Also, some extreme stretching, bending when inspecting perimeter units.


The individual in this position needs to move around a large office building, occasionally ascending/descending ladders and moving a variety of items/equipment up to 50 pounds. This person must also be adept at communicating and exchanging information with tenants, coworkers, and vendors. It is often important for this position to be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.


This is an essential services position, and as such, this individual is often called upon to assist in the welfare of our tenants and the safety of our buildings in emergency situations such as severe weather occurrences, etc. Working on-call evenings and rotating weekends is required.

Role Description

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for establishing, leading, and executing the enterprise-wide information security strategy to protect MCCPDC’s digital assets, AI driven technology platforms, data systems, and regulated operations. The CISO will build and oversee a comprehensive cybersecurity program aligned with industry best practices, FDA expectations, and organizational risk tolerance. This executive leader will partner with Technology, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Legal to maintain a secure, resilient, and compliant environment.


Qualifications

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy with an integrated trust management platform • Establish information security governance, policies, and risk frameworks (US Data Privacy, HIPAA, SOC 2). • Create governance frameworks for secure management of AI/ML

• Report security posture, risks, and incidents to the CEO and Board.


Cybersecurity Operations

• Oversee security monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response

• Manage vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remediation activities.

• Lead digital risk assessments for critical systems (ERP, QMS, LIMS, 503B systems, distribution platforms).


Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure alignment with FDA, HIPAA, NIST, SOC-2 where applicable.

• Partner with Quality & Regulatory to safeguard data integrity in GMP-regulated systems.


Risk & Governance

• Own enterprise risk management for technology/cybersecurity.

GENERAL SUMMARY:



The Clinic LPN assists physicians with examinations and procedures to serve the medical needs of patients with various health conditions in a professional, confidential, and caring manner. Coordinates the flow of patients, phone calls, lab work, and nurse visits to facilitate quality patient care and customer service goals. Provides professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirement and organizational policies and procedures.



PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

2. *Collects subjective and objective data and contributes to the assessment of the patient; documents appropriately in the patient chart.



3. *Makes accurate and timely observations and documents changes in the patients condition in the patient chart.



4. *Retrieves messages and responds to calls from patients, pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes and other medical offices by use of telephone and computer in a timely manner as delegated by licensed heath care provider (MD, RN, PA, NP)



5. *Assists the physician or provider with all examinations and procedures.



6. *Keeps the exam rooms clean, disinfected and stocked with necessary supplies.



7. *Schedules outpatient tests and procedures at hospitals by telephone in a timely manner; adheres to the referral process of the practice.



8. *Explains tests and preparation as needed for adequate patient education.



9. *Reads and follows policies and procedure manuals for the practice.



10. Monitors inventory of supplies and communicates information to Office Manager.



11. *Administers injections, vital signs, vision and auditory testing as delegated.



12. *Distributes required vaccination materials and obtains required authorized signature from patient, parent, or guardian as needed.



13. *Completes patient chart in a thorough and timely fashion.



14. *Maintains flow of patients in accordance with time of appointment in order to avoid delays for the provider and undue waiting for patients.



15. *Responsible for compliance with OSHA and safety plans of the practice.
