Responsibilities:

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements.

This is a Generalist position that will consist of office work in our New Milford OBGYN outpatient clinic, and call shifts at Sharon Hospital in Connecticut. Call shifts will be shared amongst 4 physicians and can be taken from home. Response time requirement to site is 30 minutes or less. Call shifts require rounding on patients.
