WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE…

The Procurement Analyst is a member of the Development team and supports new stand development through procurement coordination, vendor management, and project tracking.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

• Partner with Construction, Operations, and cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
• Create and manage purchase orders for coffee and grinder equipment supporting both Franchisee and Corporate development projects.
• Coordinate meetings with equipment and signage vendors to review project schedules, delivery timelines, and outstanding requirements.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintenance within the project management system.
• Prepare materials, reports, and updates for development meetings using Excel and PowerPoint.

The role of the Franchise Operations Coach, will support the franchise system in all aspects of their business and operations. We uphold franchisees to the highest operational standards, ensure they have a thriving team culture and are cultivating kindness.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

• Set clear and achievable KPI targets that align with the franchisee's business objectives.
• Provide frequent constructive feedback on business performance and provide guidance for any necessary course corrections.
• Schedule regular check-ins, in person and virtually, to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, Franchise Development, IT, and finance, to ensure alignment of operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
• Encourage operators to critically analyze the people, systems, and processes that will drive operational excellence.

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence franchisees.
• Ability to travel frequently to franchise locations. (26+ weeks a year)
• Positive influence on culture, the team and company initiatives.
• Coach on how to dissect, understand, disseminate, and act upon information provided in financial statements.
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to franchisees, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

• Proven experience managing/coaching with a large team
• Strong understanding of business intelligence tool management, BI data to drive decision making.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related work experience.

WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...

The Supply Chain Systems Associate plays a critical role in supporting implementation, optimization, and management of Crunchtime and ArrowStream supply chain systems. This role will be responsible for system integration, data analysis, and process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the organization.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

• Deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Crunchtime and ArrowStream supply chain management systems.
• Ensure data accuracy across all supply chain systems.
• Maintain reporting dashboards, data analytics, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
• Optimize supply chain processes through system enhancements, automation, and innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with distributors and first-party partners to resolve system issues, implement updates, and improve functionality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve service levels.
• Manage system documentation, compliance, and audit requirements related to supply chain technology.

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Understanding of supply chain processes, analytics, and automation tools.
• 2+ years of experience with Arrowstream and Crunchtime preferred

Baristas will provide excellent Guest experience while preparing freshly brewed coffees, teas and cold beverages.

Pay Rate: $8.00/Hour plus Tips

• Greet Guests with an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Prepare brewed coffee, hot tea, and other cold beverages.
• Handle and prepare pastries and other food items.
• Knowledge and usage of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Be able to multitask and handle occasional high volume traffic.
• Maintain a neat and safe workspace.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items and be able to answer any Guest questions.
• Be knowledgeable of menu recipes to cater to any dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Ensure that the Guest experience is met with Friendly, Speedy and Accurate service, while resolving issues when necessary.
• Enforce proper food preparation and handling procedures, in compliance with all Health Department and Food and Beverage Operation policies regarding sanitation.
• Ensure the safety of all team members and Guests.
• Comply with all Six Flags policies at all times.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be willing to work 40-60 hours per week, including before and after scheduled shifts if necessary and on weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be professional, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills along with the ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
• Perfect grooming and conduct must be constantly displayed.
• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Must be willing to change locations when requested by Fulltime Staff.

• 437-bed facility with a 30-bed ICU.
  
• Annual volume of 70,000.
  
• All sub-specialty support. No running codes or rapids. Great nursing staff.
  
• On average 10 admits per day and 8 admits per night.
  
• On-site intensivist, labs, and imaging.
