You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. A day in the life of a Conviva physician
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; no weekends, and 8 paid holidays off
- Flexible schedule available, if needed
- Join an experienced team with two Advanced Practitioners and a Care Team
- See12-15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
- Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
- Acts as a lead and active participant and key source of medical expertise with the Care Team through daily huddles
- Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience preferred
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of Best Practice in coordinated care environment in a value-based relationship environment.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.
- Spanish language ability

Opportunity Details:
- Organize, audit, and transmit bi-weekly payroll.
- Review timecard and answer employeesβ inquiries.
- Process employee reimbursements, as needed.
- Process union dues/union pension reports.
- Ensure payroll laws, compliance, confidentiality, and union requirements are adhered to.
- Maintain an accurate and timely schedule for reporting and processing of payroll data.
- Assist with any new setup for Paycom.
- Assist in training and compliance of the staff in the Payroll Department.
- Support and interact with Operations and HR at the affiliates.
- Develop reports requested by the affiliates.
- Review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in various payroll operations (timecard review, pay code audit, PTO accrual settings, retroactive pay calculations for salary increases, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Paycom and its associated modules, highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (V lookups and Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of Payroll laws, plus confidentiality and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
