Lead Installer- Epoxy/Polyaspartic Flooring

• Install Epoxy/Polyaspartic flooring systems efficiently and to company quality standards.
• Interpret and follow detailed installation instructions provided by the company.
• Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Perform hands-on installation.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
• Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and protocols, contributing to overall project quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily work responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure expectations are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site as needed.

• Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring installation.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members on job sites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Proven experience in construction or installation roles, with a focus on leading teams is a plus.
