About the Job:

The Applied Analytics Analyst serves as the technical anchor of the Strategic Resource Group. This role is responsible for translating complex business and market questions into structured, executable data outputs using Trilliant Health’s proprietary claims, provider directory, and price transparency datasets.

The Applied Analytics Analyst owns feasibility validation, analytical methodology design, and data integrity across research initiatives and pre-sales support. This individual combines strong technical proficiency with healthcare domain expertise and plays a critical role in standardizing how recurring strategic questions are answered across the organization.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Design and execute complex SQL queries and data builds from Trilliant’s data warehouse
• Capture and maintain documentation outlining how and why analytical frameworks are applied to support consistency and institutional knowledge retention
• Validate data integrity and identify gaps, missingness, structural limitations, or edge cases
• Own technical feasibility assessments for research and pre-sales opportunities
• Develop repeatable analytical frameworks for common strategic use cases
• Support research initiatives through structured dataset construction and methodological validation
• Create reusable datasets, templates, and documentation to reduce institutional knowledge concentration
• Maintain high standards of quality control and analytical rigor across all deliverables
• Interface effectively with Sales, SRG, Research, Product, and Data Engineering teams
• Respond to ambiguity with structured problem solving and professional judgment

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience querying large data warehouses
• Experience working in Databricks or similar environments preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools
• Experience working with complex healthcare claims datasets required

Our services include monumental custom work for corporate, institutional, retail, restaurant and residential clients.

We are growing rapidly and are seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer with experience in a millwork/woodworking shop.

CNC Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Edit and load programs using Xilog.
• Create mix files to optimize machine workload.
• Calibrate and qualify tooling.
• Perform machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Understand and perform CNC area workflow.
• Capable of understanding 5 axis machining operations (horizontal machining, beveling, etc.)
• Properly mark and organize parts after machining.
• Validate accuracy of machined parts.
• Able to assist programming by processing Microvellum projects
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs with CNC Supervisor.

General Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all CNC equipment
• Be proficient in casework construction and standard 32mm cabinetry.
• Read and work from blueprints accurately.
• Be proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support production operations on 1st & 2nd shift. This role is responsible for running CNC machines, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting machining issues, and ensuring parts meet required specifications prior to shipment.

This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.

CNC Machinist (1st shift & 2nd Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Run production parts on CNC machines according to work instructions
• Create and maintain inspection reports and data sheets
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Clean, deburr, and package parts for shipment
• Troubleshoot machining errors and production issues
• Perform routine maintenance and periodic cleaning of equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience reading basic blueprints and work instructions
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school certification or technical training (a plus)
• Experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge

The Stowers Institute Scientific Data group is seeking a scientific software administrator. The candidate will support computational approaches to world class biological research enabling our understanding of the diverse mechanisms of life and their impact on human health. Responsibilities include installation and testing of cutting-edge software and management of the scientific computational cluster in coordination with the Stowers IT sysadmin group. Experience with scheduled cluster computing is required.

Successful candidates will also have strong communication skills including the ability to assist graduate students and post-docs from multidisciplinary life sciences backgrounds.

Experience with the following applications is required:

Linux/Bash scripting skills

Cluster computing scheduling and administration (preferably via slurm)

Software container creation/troubleshooting (preferably with singularity)

Python and/or R scripting skills

GPU/CUDA software installation

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a minimum bachelors degree in a computationally heavy scientific discipline or applied computer science plus 2-3 years of experience with computational cluster workflows. This is an on-site only position.

Role Overview:

The Director of Legislative Policy Strategy is responsible for coordinating and executing Applied Digital’s legislative and public policy strategy across national, state, and local levels. This role serves as the central point of integration between internal stakeholders, external lobbying partners, and policymakers to ensure Applied Digital’s interests are consistently and effectively represented throughout the policy lifecycle.

The Director will focus on policy areas impacting data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, and emerging technologies, with particular emphasis on early-stage policy engagement. This includes leading Applied Digital’s response to Federal Requests for Information (RFIs) and similar inquiries to help shape future legislative and regulatory outcomes before formal proposals are introduced.

Key Responsibilities:

Legislative & Public Policy Strategy Coordination

• Develop and manage a coordinated legislative and public policy strategy spanning federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Ensure alignment and consistency of policy positions across all levels of government while accounting for jurisdiction-specific considerations.
• Identify legislative and regulatory risks and opportunities and advise executive leadership on strategic response and engagement.

Federal Policy Engagement & Early Influence

• Lead Applied Digital’s responses to Federal RFIs, Notices of Inquiry (NOIs), and other early-stage policy requests issued by federal agencies or legislative bodies.
• Coordinate internal subject matter experts to develop thoughtful, data-driven responses that support Applied Digital’s long-term policy objectives.
• Track federal policy development pipelines to identify opportunities for early engagement prior to formal rulemaking or legislation.

State & Local Policy Execution

• Monitor and influence state and local legislative and regulatory activity affecting Applied Digital’s development, operations, energy strategy, and infrastructure planning.
• Support site development and operations teams by addressing zoning, land use, permitting, utility regulation, and local incentive-related policy issues.
• Align state and local policy efforts with broader national strategy to support scalable and repeatable development models.

External Advocacy & Lobbyist Management

• Serve as the primary internal liaison to Applied Digital’s external lobbying firms and policy advisors.
• Provide strategic direction, priorities, and messaging to lobbying teams to support effective advocacy efforts.
• Coordinate advocacy campaigns, legislative outreach, and policy initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Industry & Coalition Engagement

• Represent Applied Digital in industry associations, trade groups, and policy coalitions at the national, regional, and state levels.
• Collaborate with peer organizations to advance shared policy objectives related to digital infrastructure, energy, and technology.
• Monitor industry policy trends and competitor positions to inform advocacy strategy.

Internal Advisory & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, legal, development, energy, sustainability, operations, and communications teams.
• Translate complex policy developments into clear business implications and recommended actions.
• Ensure policy strategy is aligned with Applied Digital’s growth plans, development timelines, and operational priorities.

Policy Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting

• Track legislative sessions, regulatory proceedings, and policy initiatives across relevant jurisdictions.
• Prepare policy briefs, position papers, talking points, and executive summaries for internal and external use.
• Provide regular reporting on advocacy activities, policy developments, and potential impacts to Applied Digital’s business.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, Political Science, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in legislative affairs, public policy, government relations, or regulatory strategy.
• Demonstrated experience engaging across federal, state, and local policy environments.
• Experience coordinating with external lobbying firms or policy consultants.
• Strong understanding of policy issues impacting data centers, digital infrastructure, energy-intensive operations, utilities, or technology-driven industries.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree such as JD, MPP, MPA, or similar.
• Experience supporting infrastructure-heavy, energy-intensive, or highly regulated industries.
• Prior experience responding to Federal RFIs, NOIs, or regulatory consultations.
• Familiarity with economic development incentives, infrastructure funding, and state and local tax policy.

• Ability to coordinate complex policy efforts across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders

Physical Requirements:

Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
