What You Will Do
- Demonstrate current and working knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverage, espresso bar, and pastry stations
- Follows company standards and maintains work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
- Follows Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills providing an exceptional customer experience
- Educate, sample, and serve customers craveable food and beverage products
- Follows station specific duties and responsibilities
- Opens and/or closes area following appropriate checklist, verifies completion with Manager on Duty prior to leaving the area
- Maintains PAR stock levels and standards in product presentations
- Produce and present freshly prepared products following Starbucks recipes while meeting speed of service standards
- Follows Starbucks merchandising and signing standards
- Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code to comply with company, Starbucks, and Health Department standards
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Who You Are

Job Overview
As a Macy's Women's Clothing Selling Support colleague, you'll help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration. Job summary: Provides indirect/direct patient care in the Women's Health setting. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Prepares and compiles records in the Women's Health Unit. Initiates directions from physician and nursing staff. Participates in performance improvement activities. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies and procedures and standards. Monitors security cameras. Assists RN with patient care as needed.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial administration, HR compliance, and/or grants administration.
• Comfortable working across financial, HR, and compliance systems — able to learn new tools quickly and use technology to stay organized and accurate.

The Accounting & Compliance Manager is responsible for NPDC's financial bookkeeping, HR compliance, and grant administration. This role ensures that the organization maintains accurate financial records, meets all employment and reporting requirements, and remains audit-ready as NPDC grows.
This position is intentionally scoped as a part-time, senior administrative role focused on accuracy, documentation, and compliance. It does not supervise staff or manage day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping (Primary Responsibility)
• Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks and .
• Process and reconcile automated daily financial transactions, including invoices, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Executive Director and Board.

Develops and executes the strategic vision for Patient Financial Services (“PFS”) functions across all Cape Cod Healthcare ("CCHC") entities. Summary: Employs radiologic sciences technology to perform a variety of patient care, technical, and diagnostic tasks targeted to the care of patients with cardiovascular disease.
Major tasks include ultrasound imaging, patient preparation and post procedure care, procedure room set-up and cleaning, technical reporting, and quality monitoring.
Responsibilities: 1.
Demonstrates competence in delivering pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care including, but not limited to patient assessment pre- and post-procedure care and, emergency cardiac care (CPR is required).
Additionally, assistance with post-procedure transport may be required.

Ensures equipment is calibrated and properly maintained on a daily basis.
Performs and records all equipment maintenance and quality assurance monitoring.
Troubleshoots and identifies any equipment problems and reports to appropriate supervisor or biomedical engineering.

Generates ultrasound images of the heart and/or vascular related structures.
Performs advanced cardiac ultrasound studies in care of patients with complex conditions and regularly performs multiple study types with varied anatomical areas.

Performs studies for inpatient neonatal/NICU and pediatric patients.

May perform staff training and education.
Serves as a subject matter expert and resource to Cardiovascular Sonographers.

Monitors and records patient information and maintains report storage and data systems.
Compiles and enters data necessary for charge entry and prepares reports.
Also responsible for retrieval of stored information and reports from the automated storage system.
