Responsibilities Division Enablement & Operational Efficiency Identify inefficiencies and friction points in division marketing execution and design scalable, repeatable solutions.

Develop self‑service tools, playbooks, and frameworks that improve consistency and speed of execution.

Establish clear intake, prioritization, and communication processes to streamline division marketing requests.

Cross‑Functional Project Leadership Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, IT, Corporate Communications, and Product Divisions.

Translate high‑level objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to support successful execution.

Develop communication plans that support understanding, adoption, and effective change management.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and track performance of marketing programs and enterprise initiatives.

Report progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Use data and feedback to continuously improve tools, processes, and ways of working.

People Leadership Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals supporting enterprise and division initiatives.

Typically manage through multiple Managers and/or Supervisors.

Oversee major programs, outcomes, budgets, and resource allocation.

Hire, develop, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews; support training and development.

Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree.

Work Experience At least 5 years of marketing experience (ex.

At least 2 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.

- $174,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Associate/Consultant with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group, you will be responsible for leading work streams translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. Senior Associates/Consultants manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, Directors, Senior Directors, Partners, and our clients.

Position Summary: The Certified Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing quality member service in their certified content area through safe, structured class instruction. He/she will promote the consistent delivery of member/customer service.
Education, License & Cert: 1. Current certifications in health and fitness field or content area from a nationally recognized certifying agency preferred. 2. Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. 3. Must possess excellent public relations, communication, motivational and coaching skills. 4. Must possess competent knowledge of exercise principles, fitness testing, health risks and fitness program design.
Experience: Minimum of one years’ experience in the health center environment preferred.
Essential Functions: 1. Promotes the philosophy that all individuals entering the center should be treated with respect, kindness, empathy and professionalism. 2. Keeps up to date on all center rules, programs, costs, hours of operation, special events and staffing personnel, and gives out accurate information to all inquiries. 3. Provides notice of class cancellations at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. 4. Follows all security and safety procedures. 5. Monitors communication log daily, and contributes notes and messages as needed. 6. Helps to develop and execute aspects of the marketing plan related to Group Fitness. 7. Supervises members’ fitness programs and attends to his/her needs in a friendly, polite, courteous and professional manner. 8. Assists the Fitness Coordinator in the development of fitness programs and services which enhance the member's experience in the Center and improve member retention. 9. Promotes member programs and services to all members and encourages cross training and fun activity to attain his/her fitness and health goals. 10. Exhibits good listening skills when member or staff issues arise, and problem solves professionally. Defers to Group Fitness Coordinator if issues need further arbitration.
Other Duties: 1. Travel for this position is sometimes required between Guthrie entities 2. Participation in community and employee engagement activities is required. 3. Position Overview:?

Support group sales operations through efficient administrative, contracting, order processing, and billing assistance. Collaborate with the Sales Support Area Manager and Event Execution Area Manager to ensure seamless coordination and top-tier client service.  


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution, signatures, compliance, and storage. Initiate all appropriate post-contract activities.
  • Accurately process sales and event initial orders and manage any updates. This includes but is not limited to order entry into ticketing platforms, affiliate and eTicket distribution and fulfillment options, and any/all ticket returns.???
  • Partner with event teams for successful event execution handoff.
  • Assist as needed with event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and  events.
  • Works closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to check client billing, manage client communication, assist with accounts receivable or delinquent payment collections, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with corporate/regional leadership on product setup, pricing adjustments, and compliance. Ensures aspects for product and pricing workflows maintain compliancy standards as provided by Internal Audit division.?
