SUMMARY: Safely, efficiently and effectively operate assigned production machinery meeting or exceeding safety, quality standards, efficiency, machine set-up, waste and non-chargeable downtime standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Facilitate on the job training and instruction for team members on the correct use of tools and equipment to ensure proper safety and operating procedures are followed.
  • Participate in training, embrace concepts of and actively practice the STOP Safety Program fundamentals to aid American Packaging Corporation's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
  • Retrieve all necessary set up information/specifications/guidelines. Complete all machine changeover/set-up processes minimizing machine downtime and meeting or exceeding set-up standard requirements. Develop set up procedure documentation as required.
  • Safely, efficiently and effectively operate assigned production machinery equipment monitoring quality, production and waste adhering to all customer specifications.
  • Observe and adhere to all safety guidelines
  • Ensure adhesives have sufficient bond, strength and clarity
  • Monitor glue pumps and fill as needed
  • Make mechanical machinery adjustments as required Complete roll changes as needed
  • Successfully correct web breaks
  • Complete necessary sheets for Quality checks
  • Complete shingle board and proper sampling procedures
  • Monitor all quality requirements as outlined by company procedure and specification.
  • Direct all resources assigned to the manufacturing line to effectively accomplish the above.
  • Effectively observe and judge color.
  • Ensure product produced meets the quality requirements as defined by Quality Assurance.
  • Provide task leadership for all Utility and printing personnel assigned to respective equipment.
  • Ensure all required on-line quality data is properly documented.
  • Ensure all start-up material meet specification requirements.
  • Pre-plan next job before completion of current job.
  • Work with and direct activities of assigned Press Helper.
  • Troubleshoot and solve printing problems.
  • Ensure inks run at proper viscosities.
  • Correctly complete daily production sheets, process condition sheets, waste logs and quality inspection logs. Ensure job order information (size, construction, print position, packing instructions, adhesive structures, and proper substrates being used) corresponds with the product being manufactured.
  • Distinguish deviance between established manufacturing packing specifications reporting deviations to appropriate personnel.
  • Deliver accurate and concise information to adjacent shifts and Shift Supervisors in a timely fashion. Properly flag & document defects in master rolls accurately for next operator.
  • Ensure immediate work area and work areas for which Machine Operator has responsibility are free of clutter and debris. Perform all cleaning/sanitation responsibilities, safely using all required cleaning solutions and protective equipment.
  • Able to work all scheduled and required overtime hours.
  • Able to work all scheduled shifts. * Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings (Continuous Quality Improvement, safety, special projects, departmental, etc.).
  • Strictly adhere to all company uniform guidelines.
  • Business travel required.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

Refresher training is completed annually, based on the anniversary month of the employee's date of hire. Completion of this training is a condition of employment.

Prepress Operator

Hours: 12 Hour Nights 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 schedule


SUMMARY: To prepare and stage press or laminator jobs. Prepress personnel are used in any capacity needed to stage items at any machine. They may retrieve and prepare cylinders for press run and after the press run, clean the cylinders and store them. All of these functions must be performed in the safest, most effective and efficient manner while adhering to established SOP's and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Facilitate on the job training and instruction for team members on the correct use of tools and equipment to ensure proper safety and operating procedures are followed.
  • Actively participate and embrace in the STOP Safety Program fundamentals and adhere to all safety guidelines and rules to aid APC's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in developing, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures and or training documentation.
  • Print and understand each job's Job Jacket, Print Specification, and Manufacturing Specification and take to the press.
  • Retrieve daily production schedule that identifies which job will run, quantities, priorities, etc. Interpret and act upon information.
  • Detect, report, and resolve all missing or substandard machine parts.
  • Use an automated storage system terminal to retrieve and return cylinders and anilox to storage.
  • Coordinate with Mounting Dept with respect to the production schedule and the staging of jobs. *Applies to Story City, IA COE
  • Assemble and transport print cylinders and aniloxes between printing press and prepress departments.
  • Place cylinders on assembly table and install the gears and journals. Install the pans, applicator pipes, end shields, splash guards and cylinders into the carriage units. *Applies to Roto COE.
  • Return the units to prepress, remove the parts, clean up the cylinders, and store them back into the storage system after a job has run. *Applies to Roto COE.
  • Aid on press set-ups as needed. Assist miscellaneous housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities.
  • Operate daily a core cutter to produce accurate size cores for each scheduled print job.
  • Complete required reports and paperwork. Use a computer terminal.
  • Perform required cleaning tasks - some daily, weekly or monthly requirements.
  • Obtain Power Industrial Truck license(s).
  • Effectively communicate with coworkers throughout all shifts.
  • Attend and participate in all company mandated meetings.

Customer Account Specialist


LOCATION: Rochester, NY


SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm


SUMMARY: To professionally and effectively communicate with customers and respond to customer requests for order placement, delivery of finished goods, quotations and all other inquires or requested information. To service both the external and internal customer by accurately and efficiently processing information by means of systems and procedures.


REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Participate in training, embrace concepts of and actively practice the SPOT Safety Program fundamentals to aid American Packaging Corporation's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
  • Verify purchase order information with customers.
  • Request customer numbers and specification sheets from the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Data entry of information into the AS400/Radius order entry programs (create item numbers, etc.)
  • Identify and collect all information required for creating orders.
  • Authorize and provide information for invoicing all graphics related preparation, plate, and cylinder costs.
  • Follow Up with scheduling until acknowledged have ready date is acquired.
  • Distribute order to appropriate departments and send out order acknowledgment to customer.
  • Processing all changes to orders when required.
  • Create shipping releases in AS400/Radius program, make any needed changes, and track open shipments.
  • Track open releases, verify finished goods availability, and notify customer of any quantity deviation.
  • Generate account specific reports including but not limited to inventory of finished goods, raw materials, order status as needed.
  • If applicable, maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs through weekly reporting to customer. Some programs also require that the customer account specialist place the orders for the customers under specific guidelines set by them.
  • Investigate all customer related inquires. Expedite information to customer, sales representative, and/or manufacturing including, but not limited to the processing of price quotations, samples, brochures, or any other pertinent information necessary in obtaining or maintaining new business.
  • Monitor aged inventory and communicate procedures to customers, and APC Sales team to ensure timely pre-billing and/or shipping of aged inventory.
  • Professionally and effectively respond to any and all customer complaints through following procedures:
  • I. Retrieve required and appropriate information from customer or sales.
  • II. Complete and distribute complaint form to appropriate departments, provide photos to APC's Quality department, and request samples from the customer.
  • III. Follow up until appropriate disposition of complaint is provided.
  • IV. Provide corrective action to customer, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Investigate and provide the necessary information to both external and internal customers as may be requested or deemed necessary, which may not be specifically outlined above.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings (Continuous Quality Improvement, safety, special projects, departmental, etc.).
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Business travel (infrequent) may be required.

Roto/FPL Specific duties:

  • Provide graphics department with order information for artwork processing - entering design validation requirements - some customers may have more complexity/requirements due to how frequently they change and the volume

  • Perform and manage machine set-ups/changeovers by utilizing the information on the job jacket and the pouch specification.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the quality standards associated with running a pouch machine. Conduct, document, interpret and act upon all data obtained during QA tests.
  • Understand the bar code system in order to properly scan all raw materials used in production to ensure accurate inventory control. Able to produce new tickets for all finished goods inventory and return to stock unused materials.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. This includes Shop Floor Reports which document production, waste, set up time and downtime and all Quality Assurance tests.
  • Successfully set up machine to customer specifications.
  • Successfully troubleshoot all mechanical problems and apply corrective action as needed. Make decision to contact the Maintenance Department when appropriate.
  • Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling/greasing machines.
  • Safely operate all necessary roll handling equipment to load work in process rolls onto machine.
  • Produce pouches within customer specifications while completing all necessary quality testing.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings, safety, special projects, departmental, etc.).
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

LOCATION: Columbus, WI


SHIFT: 3rd (11pm-7am)


SUMMARY: To prepare and stage press or laminator jobs. Prepress personnel are used in any capacity needed to stage items at any machine. They may retrieve and prepare cylinders for press run and after the press run, clean the cylinders and store them. All these functions must be performed in the safest, most effective and efficient manner while adhering to established SOP's and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Actively participate and embrace in the SPOT Safety Program fundamentals and adhere to all safety guidelines and rules to aid APC's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in developing, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures and or training documentation.
  • Print and understand each job's Job Jacket, Print Specification, and Manufacturing Specification and take to the press.
  • Retrieve daily production schedule that identifies which job will run, quantities, priorities, etc. Interpret and act upon information.
  • Detect, report, and resolve all missing or substandard machine parts.
  • Use an automated storage system terminal to retrieve and return cylinders and anilox to storage.
  • Assemble and transport print cylinders and aniloxes between printing press and prepress departments.
  • Place cylinders on assembly table and install the gears and journals. Install the pans, applicator pipes, end shields, splash guards and cylinders into the carriage units.
  • Return the units to prepress, remove the parts, clean up the cylinders, and store them back into the storage system after a job has run.
  • Aid on press set-ups as needed. Assist miscellaneous housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities.
  • Complete required reports and paperwork. Use a computer terminal.
  • Perform required cleaning tasks - some daily, weekly or monthly requirements.
  • Obtain Power Industrial Truck license(s).
  • Complete PSM training and be able to perform all work in the washroom.
  • Effectively communicate with coworkers throughout all shifts.
  • Attend and participate in all company mandated meetings.
  • Business travel may be required.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

USAN Program Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the USAN Team including managing USAN and INN applications and the negotiation, approval, and payment process for all generic drug names in the United States.
  • Provide operational and governance guidance and oversight to USAN Program staff by ensuring adherence to USAN policies.
  • Serve as a liaison with the FDA and WHO.
  • Responsible for managing USAN's operating budget, ensuring timely revenue recognition to meet financial targets.
  • Responsible for establishing USAN-specific goals and providing input to help shape and implement BU-level processes.

Nonproprietary Naming Lifecycle

  • Conduct negotiations for nonproprietary names for drugs, both small molecules and biologics, pharmaceutical aids, and veterinary drugs marketed in the United States between drug manufacturers, the USAN Council, and the World Health Organization (WHO)
  • Serve as single point of contact with pharmaceutical clients throughout the drug naming lifecycle.

Staff Management

  • Lead, mentor, and provide management oversight for staff.

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Product Manager on our Health Solutions team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will provide analytical
oversight of the portfolio lifecycle and target markets for the Credentialing
Product Portfolio. This includes assessing and evaluating new opportunities and
markets for growth to support go-to-market planning and execution. Inform
product vision through analysis, execution, and implementation. Actively work with business
development, sales, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and and
cross-functional alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment

  • Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
  • Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
  • In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate development of an innovation pipeline utilizing deep understanding of emerging trends in the health care marketplace to support innovation and inform positioning of AMA credentialing solutions for growth in evolving markets.
  • Analyze and recommend approaches for maximizing market share and contribution margins in existing markets.
  • Work with leaders across AMA (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, and Advocacy) to support alignment of intiatives with technical capabilities, economic models and legal and compliance requirements.

Industry Analysis

  • Stay current on industry trends, accreditation standards, regulations and customer needs and behaviors associated with the Credentialing Solutions Portfolio.
  • Source third-party market research and analysis, as needed, working procurement to define needs and source market research and analysis work, including customer research, market analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Produce analytical and product-focused presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Product & Go-to-Market Implementation
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to deliver value messaging linked to the targeted markets and segments.
  • Provide key inputs to enable marketing to develop Sales Enablement and Channel Enablement materials aligned to the new solutions' value propositions. Manage creation of and ensure quality of product artifacts. Align product and go-to-market planning and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  2. 7+ years of health care-focused experience in new product development and/or health care data industry.
  3. 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting strategic growth initiatives.
  4. Strong business acumen to develop and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  5. Excellent data synthesis and financial modeling skills to critically analyze and interpret market research and other data, to inform the development of business cases and plans.
  6. Familiarity with emerging technologies and solutions.
  7. Interpersonal skills and temperament to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a matrixed and complicated environment.
  8. Strong oral and written communications skills; able to express complex business concepts effectively. Strong presentation skills required to evangelize products in the marketplace.
  9. Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external team members to achieve results. Works well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and can effectively inform a team toward a direction or recommendation based on data and insights.
  10. Able to cultivate and sustain working relationships with executives at key clients, industry influencers, and other collaborators.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $119,074-$157,855. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. maximizing enablement, retention and ROI, while positioning Customer Success as
a differentiating attribute of AMA's educational products and brand. This role
oversees a team of Customer Success Managers, builds scalable systems to drive
engagement and institutional growth, and partners across internal teams to
deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Success Framework and Operations

  • Develop and continuously refine the Customer Success Playbook, including onboarding arc, product user training materials, communication templates, and outcome-aligned product guidance.
  • Align service models to account segments and growth opportunities to optimize customer engagement.
  • Assign accounts to Customer Success Managers based on account segment, product scope, and resource capacity.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, digitize, and automate customer engagement with MMX education products to create efficiencies and evolve customer interactions within the learning environment.
  • Develop business cases to integrate or invest in technologies that support customer scale.

Job Summary


American National Bank is looking for a new Community Banker to service the needs of existing and prospective clients by performing duties related to opening new accounts and processing loan requests.   • Handles customer requests through email and phone including password resets, ACH and other documentation.

Experience and Education



  • 1-3 years of related banking experience required; Bachelor's degree in related field may substitute for previous banking experience.
  • Proven history of attainment of sales goals including referrals.
  • Knowledge and experience initiating consumer loans.

SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is monitoring and measuring process and product performance, establishing and implementing recommendations for improvements to both product and process, and ensure optimal production of the various products produced by American Packaging.
