Bare Home | Forest Lake, Minnesota (On-site)
About Us:
JP Ecommerce (dba Bare Home) has been named one of the top-ten, fastest growing businesses in Minnesota by Inc. 5000 for the past four years in a row. We provide customers with high-quality bedding through our brand Bare Home. As a leading textile retail company, we source premium products from key regions including China, India, Pakistan, and Turkey. At Bare Home, you’ll experience the satisfaction of ownership over projects, working alongside friendly, dedicated colleagues in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an analytically sharp and intellectually curious Performance Marketing Analyst to become the go-to resource for performance insights across our entire business. This is not a marketing analyst role — we need someone who can sit at the center of data, tell us exactly what is happening across our channels and content, and guide our paid ad team, content team, and financial analysts toward smarter decisions. You will own A/B testing programs, build dashboards that actually get used, and translate complex multi-platform data into clear, actionable recommendations that move the business forward.
If you love finding the story inside messy data, thrive on solving ambiguous business problems, and want your work to have a direct and visible impact on a $100M+ growing brand — this is your seat at the table.
Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Analyze e-commerce performance data across all channels — Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, and owned websites — to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to act
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, CVR, CPC, CPM, CTR, LTV, and channel-level profitability for leadership decision-making
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple platforms and systems into clear, reliable reporting
- Investigate performance anomalies, diagnose root causes, and present findings with recommended action plans — not just observations
- Partner with the Financial Analyst to support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and ROI/ROAS modeling across platforms and promotional events
A/B Testing & Optimization
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across email campaigns, website content, product listings, landing pages, and ad creative
- Translate test results into statistically sound, business-ready recommendations that the content and paid media teams can act on immediately
- Continuously monitor conversion funnels and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey
- Evaluate promotional and pricing strategy effectiveness through structured testing and post-analysis
Paid Media & Channel Support
- Work directly alongside the paid ad team to provide data-driven guidance on budget allocation, campaign performance, and audience targeting
- Evaluate platform-specific advertising effectiveness across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Advertising, Walmart, and Target
- Assess email and SMS campaign performance and recommend segmentation and send strategy improvements
- Monitor and report on competitive landscape data to inform channel and content strategy
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Deliver clear, concise performance reports and dashboards that tell a story — not just a data dump
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align analytics priorities with business goals
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership in plain language that drives decisions, not debates
- Support financial analysts with ad hoc analysis for pricing, cost, and profitability questions
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an e-commerce analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence role
- Demonstrated experience working with significant advertising budgets and multi-channel e-commerce platforms
Must Have:
- Excel: Expert-level — advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
- SQL: Proficient — independently write queries to extract, join, and transform data from multiple sources
- Power BI: Advanced — build and maintain dashboards from scratch including data modeling and DAX measures
- A/B Testing: Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting tests with statistical rigor
- E-Commerce Platforms: Proficient working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Seller Center, or comparable platforms
- Communication: Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders and leadership
Preferred Skills:
- Google Analytics (GA4): Familiar to proficient — traffic analysis, attribution, and conversion funnel reporting
- Klaviyo: Familiar with email/SMS analytics, segmentation, and campaign performance reporting
- BI/Analytics Platforms: Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution and analytics tools a strong plus
- Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint certification preferred
- Additional Tools: Familiarity with Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, or Intelligems (A/B testing) is a bonus
To Be Successful in This Role:
- You don’t just report numbers — you know what they mean and what to do about them
- You ask “why” before you ask “what” — and you dig until you find the real answer
- You’re comfortable working across teams and can communicate findings to a paid media manager and a CFO in the same morning
- You hold yourself accountable for the accuracy and quality of your own work
- You thrive in a fast-moving environment where data problems don’t come with a clean brief
- You are a self-starter who can independently prioritize, structure, and execute analysis without constant direction
Important — Local Candidates Only:
We are a 100% on-site team based in Forest Lake/Columbus, Minnesota. We are only considering candidates who currently live in Minnesota or the immediately surrounding area and can reliably commute to our location Monday–Friday. E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Full-Time | Austin, TX | On-Site
About El Famoso
El Famoso builds the commerce infrastructure behind culture. Based in Austin, we're the behind-the-scenes partner for artists and brands, handling everything from e-commerce and fulfillment to tour operations and customer service. We're growing fast and building the team to match.
The Role
We're hiring an E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day operations and growth of our clients' online stores. This role sits at the intersection of store operations, marketing, and platform optimization. You'll be the person making sure stores are running smoothly, products are set up correctly, promotions are executing on time, and that we're always finding smarter ways to drive sales.
This isn't a project management role that happens to touch e-commerce. We need someone who really knows Shopify and online retail, someone who brings real opinions about how stores should be built, optimized, and grown, and who can execute on that vision across a diverse portfolio of artist and brand storefronts. If you're the kind of person who notices a broken shipping config before anyone reports it, has thoughts on why a product page isn't converting, and knows when to push a campaign vs. tweak the SEO, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Store Operations & Optimization
- Manage and maintain client Shopify storefronts end-to-end: product setup, collections, pricing, metadata, shipping configurations, theme customization, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular store audits to catch errors, stale content, and compliance issues before they become problems.
- Coordinate product launches, pre-orders, and activations, keeping internal calendars and boards up to date.
- Oversee inventory accuracy across Shopify and ShipHero, working with fulfillment and production to keep stock levels aligned.
- Support multichannel expansion across platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta/Facebook, Google Shopping, Faire, and others as client needs grow.
- Support high-volume drops, pre-orders, and tour-driven product launches where speed and accuracy matter.
Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Help plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive store revenue, including email campaigns, paid advertising, SEO, social commerce, and promotions.
- Build and optimize email marketing flows, segmentation, and campaigns using tools like Klaviyo.
- Support paid media efforts across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Apply SEO best practices and AI-powered tools to improve product listings, descriptions, and store discoverability.
- Track and report on key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, email ROI, inventory turnover) and translate data into actionable next steps.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Look for opportunities to automate and streamline recurring workflows across the e-commerce stack.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows across the e-commerce stack (product setup, tagging, reporting, campaign prep, etc.).
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with Fulfillment, Production, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order flow and product readiness.
- Support client communications alongside Account Managers, relaying updates, flagging issues, and proposing solutions.
- Contribute to department strategy around services, onboarding processes, and client retention.
What You Bring
Required
- 3+ years working hands-on with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform. You've built and managed storefronts, not just uploaded products. Theme configuration, shipping setup, and platform troubleshooting should feel natural.
- Marketing experience across at least two of: email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, or social commerce. You understand how to drive traffic, convert it, and report on what's working.
- Comfort across SaaS platforms ( , Slack, Google Workspace, ShipHero) and a genuine interest in using AI and automation to work smarter.
- Data-driven approach. You use metrics to guide decisions, whether it's forecasting inventory, analyzing ad spend, or identifying underperforming products.
- Ability to manage multiple storefronts and priorities without dropping balls. Your boards are clean, your documentation is current, and your follow-through is reliable.
Preferred
- Experience managing multiple brand storefronts with different tones, audiences, and product strategies.
- Familiarity with multichannel selling (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google Shopping, Faire) beyond Shopify.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, , or similar marketing and automation platforms.
- Background in music, entertainment, or lifestyle merchandise.
- Experience scaling e-commerce operations during high-volume periods (drops, launches, holiday).
Why El Famoso
- Work with iconic brands in music, entertainment, and lifestyle, the kind of products people line up for.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of storefronts, each with its own audience, aesthetic, and strategy. No two days look the same.
- A small, collaborative team where your ideas ship fast and your impact is visible from day one.

Supply Chain Specialist
JP Ecommerce Inc. (dba Bare Home) | Forest Lake/Columbus, MN
About Bare Home
We've been named one of Inc. 5000's top-ten fastest-growing Minnesota businesses for FOUR consecutive years. We're a $100M+ textile retailer experiencing 20-30% year-over-year growth, sourcing premium bedding globally from China, India, Pakistan, and Turkey while manufacturing our cotton line right here in the USA.
We sell across Amazon, Walmart, Target, our DTC channels, and international markets—and we're expanding operations from 110,000 to 220,000+ square feet. We're making significant investments in our supply chain and logistics team right now, growing from five to six team members.
This isn't corporate bureaucracy. We're 87 people who work exceptionally well together, tackle challenges as a team, and see the direct impact of our work every day.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our collaborative five-person (expanding to six) supply chain and logistics team. You'll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, sharing responsibilities and learning the full scope of international e-commerce operations.
This is a team-based role—you won't be doing this alone. We cross-train, support each other when someone's out, and tackle projects collaboratively. Some days you'll focus on your core responsibilities, other days you'll jump in on sourcing projects or warehouse tracking initiatives. That's the nature of working in a small, agile company where flexibility and teamwork matter.

- Partner with Buyers, Supply Analyst, and operations teams daily
- Coordinate with 3PL partners on logistics and inventory placement
- Jump in on ad-hoc projects—sourcing initiatives, system improvements, warehouse tracking

- Gain exposure to international sourcing, container logistics, and multi-channel fulfillment
- Learn from experienced supply chain professionals on the team
- Develop skills in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain optimization
- Cross-train across different aspects of supply chain operations

Must-Haves
- Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, complex formulas—you're comfortable working with large datasets
- 1-3 years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience (or relevant internships)
- Analytical thinking: You can spot patterns, identify problems, and think through solutions
- Team player mentality: You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and support your teammates
- Adaptability: You're comfortable jumping between tasks and learning new things
- Positive attitude: Problems don't overwhelm you—you approach challenges with a can-do mindset
Highly Valued

You'll gain broad exposure to international supply chain operations in a fast-growth environment where your contributions are visible and valued.
This is the kind of place where warehouse associates from five years ago now run departments. If you want to build a supply chain career with real growth potential, this is that opportunity.
