Content Coordinator & Creator
🏒 OWN Real Estate
Salary not disclosed
Millbrae, CA 6 days ago

Content Coordinator & Creator β€” bayareawilson / bayareaown

Full-Time | Bay Area preferred | Hybrid

About the Role

bayareawilson and bayareaown are two interconnected brands covering Bay Area real estate across YouTube, Instagram, and newsletter. bayareawilson is Wilson Leung's personal brand β€” a fast-growing YouTube channel and Instagram presence built on data-driven, hyperlocal content. bayareaown is the OWN Real Estate brokerage's social presence, focused on luxury property, market insights, and brand-building for the team.

We're looking for a full-time Content Coordinator & Creator who is AI-native β€” or actively building those skills β€” to manage and execute an active multi-format content pipeline across both brands. This role is for someone who sees AI tools as a core part of their workflow, not an afterthought.

What You'll Do

Research & Fact-Checking

  • Source and verify market data, development news, and local policy from primary and credible sources before anything reaches a script
  • Cross-reference claims across multiple sources and flag outdated or unverifiable information proactively
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research workflows without compromising accuracy standards
  • Maintain a research-first standard where accuracy is non-negotiable

Content Creation & Writing

  • Draft scripts across all active formats for both brands β€” spanning long-form YouTube, short-form Instagram Reels, luxury property content, and market data posts
  • Write multiple hook and title variations per video and support performance testing decisions
  • Leverage AI tools to generate drafts, brainstorm angles, and iterate quickly while maintaining consistent brand voice
  • Maintain distinct voices across brands β€” Wilson's is conversational and data-grounded; OWN's is elevated and aspirational

Social Media Management

  • Plan and manage the content calendar across both brands
  • Schedule and publish Reels, stories, and feed posts for both accounts
  • Monitor comments and engagement; flag leads or notable responses for Wilson
  • Stay current on Bay Area real estate news to identify timely short-form content opportunities
  • Research local events, neighborhood moments, and lifestyle content relevant to each audience

Pipeline & Project Management

  • Own the full production pipeline from idea to upload across both brands
  • Track all active projects and keep production moving without things falling through the cracks
  • Coordinate asset needs β€” thumbnails, graphics, B-roll lists β€” and ensure pre-production is complete before filming
  • Use AI tools to streamline task management, briefing, and coordination workflows
  • Maintain Fair Housing compliance across all published content

Publishing & Analytics

  • Manage YouTube upload packages and Instagram scheduling end-to-end
  • Monitor performance across both brands and surface patterns in what's working
  • Track top-performing formats, hooks, and content types to inform future decisions
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities faster

You're a Great Fit If You...

  • Have genuine interest in Bay Area real estate, urban development, or local news
  • Are obsessive about accuracy and catch errors before they go on camera
  • Are AI-native or actively learning β€” you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in your daily workflow and are curious about where the technology is heading
  • Can write in someone else's voice and understand the difference between a 20-second Reel and a 20-minute YouTube deep dive
  • Know how to manage multiple social accounts with different audiences, tones, and purposes
  • Have experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing β€” ideally in real estate, finance, or local media
  • Are self-directed and thrive in a lean operation with high output expectations
  • Based in or deeply familiar with the Bay Area (Peninsula knowledge is a major plus)

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools β€” Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, or similar β€” applied to content, research, or workflow automation
  • Real estate industry knowledge or data literacy (market stats, property types, transaction basics)
  • Video editing skills
  • Instagram Reels strategy experience
  • Canva or design tool experience
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing law and real estate marketing compliance

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

  • Both brands are posting consistently with no gaps
  • The content pipeline is organized and visible β€” Wilson always knows what's in production and what's next
  • Short-form content on both brands reflects the right tone for each audience
  • AI tools are actively embedded in the research, writing, and coordination workflow β€” making the operation faster and sharper
  • Wilson spends less time on research, coordination, and scheduling β€” and more time filming and closing deals

Compensation & Details

  • Full-time salaried position
  • Bay Area preferred; remote candidates with deep Bay Area knowledge considered
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and benefits

To apply, send a brief note on why this role interests you, samples of any social accounts, YouTube channels, or content you've worked on, and how you currently use AI tools in your work. Applications without samples will not be reviewed.

Marketing & Creative Generalist
✦ New
Salary not disclosed
Clearwater, FL 1 day ago

ONSITE ON LOCATION ONLY - IN OFFICE 9 - 6

Valor Real Estate Development is a boutique luxury developer creating community-transforming real estate icons in emerging cities. Our portfolio is anchored by prestigious brand partnerships β€” currently Aston Martin and Roche Bobois β€” with further partnerships anticipated as the company scales.Β

We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Creative Associate who brings genuine production skills to the table: someone who can pick up a camera, step behind a gimbal, sit at an edit bay, and produce material that looks and feels like the luxury brand we are. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with a creative production core β€” what the industry sometimes calls a "preditor" (producer, videographer, photographer, editor) β€” who is equally at home building a brand deck in InDesign, color-grading a walkthrough film, or scheduling a week of social content.Β

IF YOU ARE APPLYING PLEASE INCLUDE A REEL OF PAST PROJECTS FOR REVIEW

The incoming associate will serve as an extension of the Deputy Marketing & Promotion Manager, covering the full range of day-to-day marketing execution β€” with a particular emphasis on creative production. Core responsibility areas include:Β

A.Β Video Production & Editing Priority AreaΒ

  • Assist on all marketing film shoots: camera operation, gimbal work, b-roll capture, audio monitoringΒ
  • Take ownership of short-to-medium format edits: property walkthroughs, event recaps, social reels, teaser cutsΒ
  • Collaborate with the Deputy CEO on long-form marketing films: assembly edits, revisions, color, audio finishingΒ
  • Operate and manage filming equipment: mirrorless cameras, gimbals, audio rigs, lighting setupsΒ
  • Manage media: organize footage libraries, back up assets, maintain project file hygieneΒ
  • Deliver exports optimized for social platforms, web embeds, broadcast, and sales presentationsΒ
  • Eventually, develop capability to independently produce and direct short-form marketing contentΒ

B.Β Photography Priority AreaΒ

  • Capture high-quality stills at events, sales gallery openings, construction milestones, and brand activationsΒ
  • Execute property and architectural photography: interiors, exteriors, amenity spaces, lifestyle momentsΒ
  • Cull, retouch, and deliver final selects that meet luxury brand standardsΒ
  • Build and maintain a well-organized photo archive by project, event, and dateΒ
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Manager on drone shoot days (ground crew and second camera)Β
  • Note: Licensed drone operation (Mavic Pro 4) remains the exclusive legal domain of the Deputy Manager. A candidate with their own Transport Canada or FAA drone certification is a significant tiebreaker.Β

C.Β Social Media Management & Content Creation Priority AreaΒ

  • Assist with, and eventually own, day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)Β
  • Draft captions, copy, and hashtag strategies in the established Valor brand voiceΒ
  • Produce social-first content: reels, carousels, stories, short-form videoΒ
  • Repurpose long-form film and photography assets into platform-optimized social contentΒ
  • Track engagement metrics and recommend content improvements based on dataΒ

D.Β Graphic Design & Brand ProductionΒ

  • Design and produce print collateral across the full range: brochures, books, flyers, folders, sales packages, invitations, signageΒ
  • Create social media graphics, story templates, and animated assets aligned to brand standardsΒ
  • Produce email blast artwork and HTML/template updatesΒ
  • Prepare all files for print production: pre-press, bleeds, color profiles, vendor submissionΒ
  • Enforce brand consistency rigorously across Valor corporate identity and all partner brand guidelines (Aston Martin, Roche Bobois, and future partners)Β
  • Assist with presentation decks, event materials, and sales support designΒ

Β E.Β Copywriting & Content ProductionΒ

  • Write and edit copy for email campaigns, website pages, marketing materials, and social postsΒ
  • Contribute to scripts and shot lists for video productionsΒ
  • Work within the AI-assisted copywriting framework already established for Valor's brand voicesΒ
  • Assist with long-form content to build Valor's brand authority and reputation as a luxury developerΒ

F.Β Website Updates & Digital MaintenanceΒ

  • Make content updates to Valor's website(s): text, images, listings, project pagesΒ
  • Assist with landing pages for campaigns, events, and project launchesΒ
  • Upload, optimize, and organize media assets for web performanceΒ

G.Β Email MarketingΒ

  • Design and schedule email campaigns: newsletters, sales announcements, event invites, drip sequencesΒ
  • Manage list hygiene, segmentation, and basic reporting inside the existing ESPΒ
  • Build or update HTML email templates as requiredΒ

H.Β Event, Campaign & Production LogisticsΒ

  • Help organize and execute sales events, project launches, and publicity activations β€” including on-site creative captureΒ
  • Coordinate with vendors: printers, signage, promotional goods, A/V, event productionΒ
  • Manage Purchase Orders, vendor accounts, and marketing spend trackingΒ
  • Support direct mail campaigns: design, list management, print production, mailing logisticsΒ

I.Β Agency & Vendor Liaison SupportΒ

  • Assist the Deputy Manager in day-to-day communication with external marketing agencies and creative vendorsΒ
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and revision cycles across agency relationshipsΒ
  • Compile creative briefs and feedback documents for external teamsΒ

Founding General Counsel – Public Markets, PIPEs & RTO Execution
✦ New
Salary not disclosed
New York, NY 1 day ago
Location: Remote, work from home office (ideally, NY based but flexible)

Our client, founded in 2025, is building a transformative public-market investment platform focused on special situations and complex capital allocation strategies. The company operates a NASDAQ-listed public acquisition vehicle and is assembling a lean, transaction-driven team designed to move quickly on mispriced or distressed opportunities across sectors including technology, digital assets infrastructure, media, and software.

This is a high-impact, early-stage leadership opportunity for a capital markets attorney who wants to be directly embedded in live transactions and shape the legal and operational foundation of a new public investment platform.

In addition to a highly competitive compensation structure (outlined below), the company offers extensive benefits, including comprehensive health coverage and a 401(k) plan with employer match, along with leadership liability protection through active implementation of D&O insurance coverage.

Compensation & Structure

This role begins during the company’s initial formation phase and equity raise.

  • Deferred salary structure during initial raise period (approximately 2 months expected)
    • Wages accrue immediately
    • Full payment issued upon completion of the lead equity raise and public listing
    • May operate under a contractor arrangement during this interim period
  • Post-funding compensation package:
    • Base salary:USD $300,000 – $600,000
    • Performance bonus:50% – 150% of base salary
    • Executive-level benefits package
    • 401(k) with employer match
    • D&O insurance coverage for GC and leadership team
This is an opportunity to participate directly in launching a new asset class and executing high-impact public market transactions at inception.

Position Overview

This is not a traditional compliance-focused in-house role. The Founding General Counsel (there is one attorney on staff, but not at GC level) will serve as a core member of the deal team, leading transaction execution from diligence through closing and post-closing reporting within an active public company structure. The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is best suited for an attorney who prefers building and structuring transactions over reviewing them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead legal due diligence for complex and special situations transactions
  • Structure and draft PIPE transactions, reverse mergers (RTOs), asset purchase agreements, and charter amendments
  • Prepare and manage SEC filings, including 8-Ks, Super 8-Ks, Form 14C, S-1, and S-4 filings
  • Direct and manage outside counsel while maintaining primary ownership of transaction execution
  • Partner closely with the founder and investment team throughout the full lifecycle of each deal
  • Establish governance and legal infrastructure for a newly formed public-market platform

Required Qualifications (Highly Targeted Search):

To ensure alignment with the execution-heavy nature of this role, qualified candidates should have:

  • 5–10+ years of U.S. capital markets and/or M&A experience (top-tier law firm or public company in-house strongly preferred)
  • U.S. capital markets experience (New York strongly preferred), with additional exposure to cross-border or Asia-based transactions viewed as a significant plus, enabling them to navigate complex public company matters in both domestic and international markets.
  • Significant public company experience, including IPOs, PIPEs, RTOs, and SEC reporting mechanics
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and structuring complex public company transactions
  • Hands-on preparation and oversight of SEC filings (S-1, S-4, Super 8-K, Form 14C, etc.)
  • Ability to execute independently rather than operate solely in a review capacity
  • Comfort working in a lean, high-intensity, build-phase environment
  • Experience advising on regulatory and public company compliance matters

Why This Role Is Different:

  • Foundational leadership position in a newly formed public-market investment platform
  • Direct involvement in structuring and executing high-profile public transactions
  • High-conviction, deal-driven culture
  • Significant upside potential through bonus structure
  • Opportunity to build the legal architecture of a public investment vehicle from inception

This position is best suited for attorneys with substantial public company capital markets execution experience. Candidates without meaningful SEC and transaction structuring background are unlikely to be competitive.

If you are a capital markets attorney seeking a founding-level opportunity with direct deal ownership and significant upside potential, we encourage you to apply.
