Position Description:
As an outside sales professional you will cover a dedicated assigned territory. After receiving comprehensive classroom and field training with one or more of our accomplished sales trainers, you will make sales calls to small- and medium-sized businesses across various industries in your territory. You will schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and key decision-makers, introducing them to industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to fit their employee's needs. You will often work with your clients' employees on an individual basis as well as conduct presentations for employee groups ranging from 5 to 100+.
Core Responsibilities:
* Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed
* Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
* Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team
* Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and reservice existing clients
* Build and nurture your own client portfolio
* Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets for yourself
* Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours; submit your schedule to your sales team manager each week
* Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day

Role Description
The General Manager sets the tone for a successful day, each day. They are key in shaping the
success of the staff throughout the day, and thus the success of the experience provided to our guests for each service. They are efficient, thoughtful and clear communicators who bridge the gap between the guests, kitchen and restaurant staff, chefs and hotel operations teams.
Being intellectually curious, creative, and collaborative are essential for a person to be successful in this role. This individual should have a genuine passion for the culture of music, food, wine & hospitality. The restaurant manager must have prior management experience. Previous General Manager experience is preferred.
The manager should be calm and able to prioritize in stressful situations with a strong attention to detail. A familiarity both on the floor operations including front door and supporting the expeditor, and back-office operations (including POS management, payroll and scheduling) is preferred. The position requires a passion for the details, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and develop the culture of learning for the entire staff of the restaurant through collaboration with chefs from staff trips to vendors & coordinating tastings

- Completion of loss trend and development

- Attend and fully participate in all Team and Underwriting Meetings
- Meet with assigned underwriter weekly to discuss and prioritize work processes and tasks
- Process work in a timely and accurate manner
- Rate and issue WC new business and renewal policies. Provide instruction to the Rating Center for completion of PAL lines new business and renewal policies.
- Issue WC and Auto state filings as required.
- Review correspondence including: Mid-term endorsement requests, Cancellation requests, WC Bureau letters. Respond to inquiries within UA authority.
- Maintain Corporate Underwriting Image Standards.
- Contact producers and insureds to obtain information and expedite service.
- Visits Agents with an Underwriter for the purpose of establishing contact and acquainting them with work routines.
- May assume a major role in training new hires, special projects, and learning & presenting new material to other Underwriting Assistants.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, have good team building skills, excellent people skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented.
- Must be energetic and a self-starter, able to promote and implement change, have good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe technologist produces radiographs of diagnostic quality using the least amount of radiation exposure to the patient, co-workers and him/herself. Technologists provide quality patient care adhering to the Departmental and Medical Center policies and procedures.
What you will do in this role:
- Responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burns and extraneous radiation to patients.
- Responsible for safe handling of equipment and films.
- Assesses patient’s understanding of process and informed consent of invasive procedures.
- Assesses, evaluates and informs physician of changes in patient’s condition during exam.
- Selects appropriate equipment to use for procedure.
- Determines most suitable anatomical posture and positions and shields patients accordingly.
- Makes special radiographic examinations requiring special equipment and procedures such as: intravenous pyelograms, intravenous cholangiograms, bronchograms, mammograms, hysterosalpingograms, tomograms, cholangiography, arthrograms, myelograms and ho pinnings in surgery.
- Programs portable or stationary x-ray machines and makes radiograms for a variety of examinations.
- Processes x-ray film, if a darkroom technician is not available.
- Practices medical and surgical; aseptic procedures.
- Assists in maintaining basic records and reports.
- Assists in maintaining files.
- Competent in the use of CR and PACS.
- Assists in training of students and ancillary personnel.
- Takes x-ray, CAT, U/S and Angio calls according to monthly schedule after the closing of the regular department hours.
- Interacts professionally with patient/family.
- Completes all work before clocking out and leaving. This includes checking with nurse’s stations.
- Is acquainted with local fire and safety regulations.
- Has knowledge of hospital policies and the functions of other departments.
- Compiles and maintains quality assurance information for mammography, in accordance with ACR, State of Louisiana, Department of Health Standards, the FDA and the DHHS.
- Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria appropriate to the following age groups: neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and general population.
- Able to modify job duties and communicate with customers in an age appropriate manner.
- Appropriately assesses the patient’s pain and involves the patient in effective management of pain using age appropriate interventions.
- Meets dress code standards; appearance is neat and clean.
- Completes annual educational requirements.
- Maintains regulatory requirements.
- Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
- Reports to work on time and as scheduled; completes work within designated time.
- Consistently completes and maintains assigned duties; maintains PAR levels.
- Wears identification while on duty; uses computerized punch time system correctly.
- Completes in-services and returns in a timely fashion.
- Attends annual review and departmental in-services, as scheduled.
- Attends required staff meetings.
- Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
- Actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
- Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
- Communicates the mission, ethics and goals of the hospital, as well as the focus statement of the department.

- Ability to operate all common x-ray equipment including portable x-ray, R&F rooms, C-arms, other.

- Ability to complete specialty exams without assistance
- Knowledge/proficient in the use of PACS.

- Ability to communicate with providers in a clear and concise manner
- Able to flex work schedule as required to meet the need of the department
- Willingly takes Call as required
- (ARRT-R) Radiography must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
