This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and operationally strong chef to oversee multiple dining venues and a significant banquet operation while mentoring a passionate culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the culinary team
- Create innovative menus and seasonal offerings
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Oversee kitchen operations for restaurants and events
- Manage food cost, inventory, and purchasing
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Partner with hotel leadership on operational and financial performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Strong knowledge of menu development, food cost control, and kitchen management
- Experience in hotel, resort, or high-volume dining environments
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
