Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will lead and manage complex commercial disputes, providing strategic legal counsel to clients across various industries. Your expertise will drive successful resolution of litigation matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. *Responsibility*

* Manage all phases of commercial litigation cases, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
* Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and ensure up-to-date legal knowledge.
* Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and briefs with precision and clarity.
* Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution options to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor litigation strategies accordingly.
* Coordinate with experts in areas such as estate planning, environmental law, securities law, patent law, family law, tribal law & regulations, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, and others relevant to case needs.
* Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements throughout the litigation process.
* Stay informed about developments in relevant areas of law through ongoing research and professional development.

*Qualifications*

* Minimum of 8 years of substantive trial litigation experience .
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
* Proven experience in commercial litigation or related fields such as securities law or patent law.
* Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms.
* Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clear legal drafting of pleadings, memos, and correspondence.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively in high-pressure situations.
* Familiarity with legal administrative processes and case management software.
* Knowledge of a broad range of legal areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, tribal law & regulations, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, securities law, patent law. Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
