Busy

clinical and surgical practices
Responsibilities include

clinical care

and

resident supervision

in outpatient and OR settings.
Affiliated with

UT Health Science Center San Antonio

and

Department of Defense Ophthalmology Residency Program
Work at our

state-of-the-art Northwest Health Care Center

(opened April 2022)

19 exam lanes , 2 procedure suites
Advanced imaging:

IOLMaster 700 ,

Humphrey Visual Fields ,

CIRRUS OCT , ultra-wide fundus cameras, Eye Cubed ultrasound
Zeiss Forum imaging management system
Adjacent

Ambulatory Surgery Center

with 3 dedicated eye ORs for cataract, glaucoma, cornea, retina & oculoplastic surgeries
Glaucoma specialists can perform

cataract surgeries ,

incisional glaucoma surgeries , and the latest

MIGS

(iStent, KDB, Xen, Omni, MicroPulse)
