Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of assigned rides and attractions
- Perform rehab work on theme park rides and attractions
- Maintain, erect, repair and trouble-shoot various theme park rides and attractions
- Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
- Remove and/or replace worn or defective parts using hand and/or power tools
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on various equipment including rides and attractions
- Keep a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
- Should possess practical skill and proficient knowledge in two or more trades, such as: mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, carpentry, welding and small combustion engine repair and maintenance
- Must be able to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members
- Should have strong mechanical, electrical & hydraulic experience
- Must possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of mechanical devises
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of 150ft., crawling and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools and motor vehicles

Job Purpose
Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the operations functions, which may include production manufacturing engineering, manufacturing process, quality, and activities from production planning to shipment. He/she drives the production team to implement improvements on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- This position oversees Product, Process and Test Engineering departments.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.
- Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
- Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
- Establishes and recommends changes to policies which effect immediate organization(s).
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

- Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

- Participates in the operations engineering work within the unit by overseeing and advising others, or by contributing directly to the development of complex solutions.
- Helps to define requirements, plans, schedules resources effectively, monitors achievements and costs, and removes barriers to the group's success.
- Provides guidance and advice to group members related to their approaches and methodologies in pursuing their assigned responsibilities.
- Manages the schedule of deliverables agreed to for the engineering units overall.
Education and Experience
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering required.
- 8+ years engineering management experience required.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability, considering a balance of cost, serviceability, manufacturability, reliability, assembly time and quality.
- Expertise in parts fabrication techniques, including; molding, precision machining casting, sheet metal fabrication, welding, cable assembly, etc.
- Excellent small cross-functional team leadership skills
- Functional management ability, including recruiting, skills and career development, goals and objectives setting and management, performance management
- Experience with budgeting managing to a budget and headcount planning
- Verbal presentation skills commensurate with a technical audience
- Successful candidate must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

How will you make an impact?
The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure) is a technical leader responsible for the architecture, integration, and validation of advanced mechanical systems supporting hyperscale data center environments. This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.
This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.
What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.
- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.
- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.
- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.
- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.
- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.
- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.
- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.
- Optimize rack manifold design and manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, surface finishing, connection interfaces, venting and draining strategies, and flow path optimization to enhance performance and manufacturability.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing assembly methods and tooling in collaboration with production teams and equipment vendors to improve quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead root cause investigations for complex mechanical failures identified during validation or field deployment and implement corrective design improvements.
- Provide technical leadership in vendor qualification and management for mechanical components and liquid cooling subsystems.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting performance, schedule, or cost, and contribute to R&D initiatives advancing liquid cooling technologies and system innovation.

What will you do?
* Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.

Create detailed CAD models and fabrication drawings, including weldments, sheet metal, and machined parts
Select appropriate materials and fabrication methods to optimize cost, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with electrical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs with functional components.
Lead mechanical design reviews and contribute to cross-functional design validation efforts.
Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, specifications, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design for manufacturability (DFM), cost reduction, and performance optimization.
Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve fabrication issues and ensure quality standards are met.

JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.· Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
· Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations.
· The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
· Provides the interface to the Manufacturing function providing comprehensive documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.
· Through working with the Test Support function monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies and Uptime providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
· In conjunction with the Test Engineer strives to consistently upgrade the test process balancing cost, coverage with the goal of providing an optimized and cost efficient test process.
· Works closely with manufacturing and test support to ensure prioritization of support activities. He/ She will be responsible for coordinating the timetable for test readiness based on the weekly production schedule through the appropriate Test Support staff.
