Hospital/Medical Group seeks a board eligible/board certified Endocrinologist to join a busy, established practice. This 100% Endocrinology and predominantly outpatient opportunity is available due to increasing demand in the community. The practice staff consists of 2 endocrinologists and 4 advanced practitioners.
Group uses the shared medical appointment approach for diabetes treatment and education. The onsite Certified Diabetic Educator performs a series of three classes covering medical conditions, medications, treatment options and test results. The practice Registered Dietitian provides nutrition instruction.
The current clinic hours are Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm; procedures include ultrasounds, thyroid biopsies and needle aspirations.

Seeking a board certified Electrophysiologist to join a well established EP group of four physicians in Fort Wayne, IN as part of a large multidisciplinary Cardiology group of 24: 10 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 8 Interventional Cardiologists, 4 EP, 2 Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologists.
Call is limited to Electrophysiology only and would be 1:4 weekdays and weekends.
It is a 60+ physician multi-specialty group based in Ft. Wayne, IN established 30+ years ago.
EP candidates should be well versed with both basic and advanced EP procedures/ device implantation. Interest and competence in complex ablation and lead extractions is strongly preferred.Experience with epicardial VT ablations and LA appendage exclusion devices is welcome.
The two electrophysiology labs are well equipped for complex ablation procedures and are staffed by experienced and highly trained RNs and techs. We perform Cryo and RF Afib and VT ablations, lead extractions, convergent AF ablations and LA appendage ligation with Lariat device. Carto and ESI mapping systems are available and we are in the process of building a new hybrid lab with Rhythmia mapping system to facilitate complex ablations and lead management.
The Electrophysiology outpatient clinics include a dedicated Afib clinic which is part of Heart and Vascular Center (with clinics for structural heart, heart failure, lipid management and Pulmonary Hypertension).

Group has been serving the tristate area (Indiana, Ohio and Michigan) for 49 years. This private group comprises Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, and Nurse Practitioners. The practice provides full diagnostic services on site as well as operates its own sleep and infusion centers. This group handles all the major stroke work at four (4) hospitals. There is also active participation in national clinical research studies and opportunities for teaching.

Seeking Pulmonary/Critical care specialists for a 396 bed tertiary care hospital in Fort Wayne Indiana centrally located in a triangle between Chicago, Indianapolis and Detroit. The hospital has very high acuity and 96 of the 396 are adult critical care beds. The spectrum of disease is broad and there is opportunity to utilize both diagnostic and procedural skills extensively. This is a busy program that is currently moving to a shift based 12 hour, 7 on 7 off, model with an emphasis on interdisciplinary care. This setting would combine a mix of inpatient (intensivist) duties with outpatient (Pulmonology) clinic duties. You will join our team of six pulmonary critical care physicians and two nocturnal intensivists. Some night coverage may be required. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established tool and die manufacturing job shop that specializes in precision tooling, molds, fixtures, and dies used in metal and thermoforming production. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for developing accurate project estimates and supporting the sales and engineering teams in preparing competitive quotes for customers.
This position is open due to a retirement, and the outgoing estimator is currently working with the team to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer. The estimator will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to determine the cost, materials, labor, and production requirements for custom tooling projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes for custom tooling, molds, fixtures, and dies.
- Review RFQs, drawings, and project specifications to determine scope, materials, labor, and production requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and design teams to gather project requirements such as durability, material specifications, and operating conditions.
- Calculate costs related to: Raw materials (steel, specialty metals, etc.), Labor and machining time, Outsourced processes or third-party services, Shipping and logistics
- Develop detailed proposals and pricing structures for customers.
- Maintain documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost breakdowns, and pricing data.
- Evaluate project timelines and production requirements to ensure estimates align with manufacturing capabilities.
- Track projects and adjust estimates when production costs or timelines change.
- Support the sales and engineering teams by ensuring quotes are competitive and technically accurate.

This role partners closely with client teams, project management, and field personnel to ensure compliance with federal and state safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and reduce risk through proactive planning, monitoring, and coaching. Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with client teams to plan, implement, and supervise project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Monitor field activities to identify safety violations, incidents, and trends, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote and reinforce a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and engagement with field team members.
- Conduct and document daily field safety audits, inspections, and observations.
- Attend and actively participate in project safety meetings, including pre-construction meetings, coordination meetings, and toolbox talks.
- Assist with investigations involving injuries, near misses, property damage, and general liability incidents, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
- Oversee and manage site safety orientation processes for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of written site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), particularly for high-risk activities.
- Create and deliver relevant weekly safety talks based on site conditions, work scope, and identified hazards.
- Present safety information during Safety Stand Downs, pre-shift huddles, and special safety initiatives.
- Educate project teams on applicable Federal, State, and local occupational safety and health regulations and monitor regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Required Qualifications
- CHST/CSP/STSC Certification
- OSHA 510
- Proven experience in a Safety Advisor, Safety Officer, or similar EHS role within construction, industrial, or project-based environments.
- Demonstrated experience with scaffolding safety, including inspection, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable Federal and State safety standards.
- Ability to conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence personnel at all levels.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or equivalent).
- First Aid/CPR certification.
