In this role, you'll lead by driving manufacturing and repair processes, development, and improvement projects, and collaborating with combustion design and repair engineering groups to innovate new products. Your work will also impact society by helping to reduce the cost of fabrication and machining of gas turbine combustion components using our innovative manufacturing processes in the Gibsonton Florida location.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Process and inspect investment castings to customer specifications.
- Cross-train in all methods of NDT (VT, PT, RT-digital, UTT) used internally.
- May perform rework as needed.
- Train other employees in NDT techniques when qualified and directed by Responsible Level 3.
- Perform audits (internal and source).
- Interface with production to provide necessary NDT support levels.
What You Bring
- A high school Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in at least one of the following NDT disciplines is preferred: X-ray, FPI, and Visual Inspection.
- General knowledge of other NDT disciplines and experience with investment casting is a plus.

- This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Job SummaryOur linguists are responsible for performing real-time transcriptions of sensitive material from Urban English to English; collecting, analyzing, identifying, and decoding of colloquialisms and slang terms; extracting pertinent information and communicating that information to law enforcement agent(s). The linguist will be responsible for transcribing source documents and recordings from storage media, including but not limited to audiocassettes, videocassettes, or digital media.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Listens to oral and written intercepts or pre-recorded communications in Urban English and provides verbal and written synopsis and transcriptions as it may be applicable per project.
- Responsible for relating all pertinent information to the client when supporting a live project.
- Contributes to a master-list of slang words and codes (used by a particular group/organization) for the duration of the project/case.
- Maintains a voice library for the duration of the project.
- Transcribes and translates pertinent calls and documents as assigned by their supervisor.
- Produces court ready transcriptions of pertinent calls, chats, and documents, following the required format.
- Responsible for using the various reference tools created during the project.
- Ability to transcribe a minimum of 16 minutes of recorded conversation in an 8-hour day.

Job DescriptionAs a Security Professional - Armed Utilities in Gibsonton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with individuals on site, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. The position requires driving and carrying a firearm as part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor for unusual activity and report any concerns according to established protocols.
- Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving, in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements.
- An armed guard card or license is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- A Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
