Title: QA Doc Control Contractor
Pay: $25-$30/hr DOE
Duration: 3- 6 months with possibility to extend
Schedule: M-F 8:30 - 5pm
Responsibilities
- Maintain physical filing systems for QA documentation, including scanning, filing, archiving, and retrieval of controlled records.
- Issue controlled copies of GMP documents following established document control procedures.
- Support organization and archival activities for controlled documents, logbooks, forms, and training records.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and legibility of documents prior to filing or issuance.
- Maintain logs and trackers associated with document issuance and filing activities.
- Assist with the review of documents for formatting and compliance with document control expectations.
- Prepare and organize new GMP logbooks for issuance; collect completed logbooks for archival.
- Support QA team members with routine document control tasks as assigned.
- Escalate issues or discrepancies to QA leadership in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMP, ALCOA principles, and site Quality procedures.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain compliance with document control standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates professional behavior consistent with company policies and ethical standards.

Our client is seeking an on-site Purchasing & Sales Order Coordinator with strong NetSuite ERP experience. The role involves managing the full purchasing cycle and sales order workflow in a fast-paced environment, requiring a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who plays a key role in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase and sales orders end-to-end, from creation through fulfillment and invoice matching
- Use NetSuite ERP daily for order processing, inventory tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse, and operations to ensure timely pricing, delivery, and shipments
- Monitor inventory and initiate replenishment as needed
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and shipments
- Support finance with AP documentation and three-way matching
- Communicate proactively with customers on order status, timelines, and updates
Requirements:
- Strong NetSuite ERP proficiency, including PO, SO, inventory, fulfillment, and reporting is required
- NetSuite certification/advanced experience, wholesale or distribution background, and familiarity with EDI or 3PL coordination is preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sales order coordination
- Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
