Job Summary
The Residency Program Administrator is a dual functioning role that supports both the residency program and daily administrative operations of the office. This role plays a critical part in the successful operation of an ACGME accredited dermatology residency program. Key Responsibilities:
ACGME Accreditation & Compliance
- Serve as the primary administrator for ACGME accreditation requirements for the residency program.
- Maintain accurate program and trainee data in ACGME ADS and other required systems.
- Coordinate completion of annual updates, self-studies, institutional reviews, and ACGME site visit documentation.
- Assist with preparation for ACGME site visits, serve as a key administrative participant during visits, and organize internal reviews in collaboration with the institution’s GME Office.
- Track and submit duty hours, evaluations, milestones, case logs, and scholarly activity.
- Monitor departmental policies and procedures for alignment with ACGME, institutional, and specialty-specific requirements.
- Work directly with the Program Director to support ongoing compliance with ACGME evaluation requirements.
Resident Lifecycle Management
- Provide administrative oversight for all residency activities, including handling inquiries, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Coordinate resident onboarding, orientation, credentialing, licensure, and hospital access.
- Maintain resident files, contracts, verification of training requests, and training records in accordance with records retention guidelines.
- Track resident progress, evaluations, remediation plans (if applicable), graduation requirements, and Board eligibility.
- Ensure timely reporting of training activities to accrediting and certifying bodies, including clinical exposure, procedural participation, and research progress.
- Serve as a confidential administrative resource for residents regarding policies, procedures, and program-related questions.
Recruitment & Match Coordination
- Manage the annual residency recruitment cycle, including participation in ERAS and NRMP.
- Oversee all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interview dates, corresponding with applicants, confirming appointments, and coordinating interview-day logistics.
- Verify applicant credentials and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare candidate ranking materials and ensure adherence to Match rules and timelines.
- Maintain calendars of applicant interviews, meetings, and recruitment activities.
Scheduling & Program Operations
- Assist in Coordination of resident rotation schedules,
- Coordination of call schedules, vacation requests, coverage, and attendance tracking.
- Manage resident participation in all required educational activities, including conferences, didactics, grand rounds, journal clubs, and In-Service Exams.
- Maintain the departmental residency training manual.
- Organize residency events including orientations, resident lunches, educational sessions, and graduation activities.
Faculty & Leadership Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Program Director and teaching faculty.
- Assist with faculty onboarding, evaluations, teaching documentation, and educational tracking as required by ACGME.
- Support annual program evaluation activities and ongoing program improvement initiatives.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, faculty, applicants, institutional GME leadership, and external organizations.
- Draft and distribute program communications, schedules, policies, and updates.
- Maintain program calendars and shared resources.
- Partner with marketing on maintaining program website.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Do
- Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse
- Promptly report to the nurse, a resident’s request/need for PRN medications.

About your role as a Cook:
You will prepare, season, and cook food according to tested recipes for residents, visitors, and employees. Great care goes into every meal for our residents, and you will play a big role in providing residents with a great dining experience.

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Qualifications
Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:
- Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
- Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.

These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.

How will you make an impact?
The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure) is a technical leader responsible for the architecture, integration, and validation of advanced mechanical systems supporting hyperscale data center environments. This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.
This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.
What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.
- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.
- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.
- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.
- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.
- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.
- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.
- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.
- Optimize rack manifold design and manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, surface finishing, connection interfaces, venting and draining strategies, and flow path optimization to enhance performance and manufacturability.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing assembly methods and tooling in collaboration with production teams and equipment vendors to improve quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead root cause investigations for complex mechanical failures identified during validation or field deployment and implement corrective design improvements.
- Provide technical leadership in vendor qualification and management for mechanical components and liquid cooling subsystems.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting performance, schedule, or cost, and contribute to R&D initiatives advancing liquid cooling technologies and system innovation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
Experience:

Job Summary
Builds relationships with Financial Advisors and internal partners. Develops the skills necessary to successfully underwrite Life, Disability, and/or Long-term Care insurance policies in an inclusive and fast-paced environment ensuring all quality, service and production goals are met.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Field & Client Experience
Responsible for credible and effective relations and communication with field and customer to include responding to case appeals/inquiries and assists with placing business.
Provides guidance and assistance to the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Financial Representatives regarding case underwriting and risk appraisal
Responsible for prescreen inquiries.
Underwriting
Responsible for the analysis and appraisal of a broad range of insurance applications; approves, classifies, or declines applications for various ages and policy amounts with guidance, as needed.
Independently reviews applications and adheres to underwriting standards and demonstrates an intermediate level of experience with NM product types and changes.
Develops and demonstrates change agility while maintaining mortality and morbidity expectations.
Demonstrates continuous learning through the early adoption of new ways of underwriting.
Develops proficiency with Reinsurance programs and determining where to best place a case.
Underwrites applications, maintaining industry-leading mortality and morbidity giving the best possible offer that can be made. Provides active case and requirement management and provides customized service with guidance.
Communicates & negotiates with Field Partners to explain modified or declined decisions & assist in policy placement.
Develops proficiency in financial, medical, and lay underwriting assessments and provides innovations solutions to keep Northwestern Mutual as the choice of our customers.
Actively utilizes the most effective means to obtain the necessary information, including digital health data, Internet searches, direct contact with the insured, and communication with third party advisors (Accountants, Attorneys, etc.) with limited guidance.
Discusses cases with peer reviewers with medical and technical staff, as needed.
Understands and meets all quality, service, and production goals.
Solves issues & escalations, with guidance as needed.
Partners with Underwriting Support for case management
Cross-functional leadership
May serve as underwriting representative for improvement in product process w/collaboration w/functional partners. Participates in other projects as needed.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
1.5 years of traditional underwriting experience.
Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment in the application of rules.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information, and exercise tact, diplomacy, and resourcefulness.
Proficient in computer skills and using various software packages.
Ability to work accurately while maintaining speed and flexibility in a team and independent production environment.
Highly organized with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Displays agility to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a changing work environment.
