Job Summary:

The GTM Manager is responsible for driving market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to support the successful launch and lifecycle management of products. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or similar roles.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or similar roles experience, preferably in a eMobility, E-commerce, or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, market research techniques, and competitive analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and product launch campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and driving measurable outcomes.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred.

Physical Demands:

This is a primarily office-based role with extended periods of computer use. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required for product launches, events, or market research activities. The role may require lifting of promotional materials or product samples (up to 25 lbs.). Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

IN A NUTSHELL

We are seeking an entry-level Land Use Technician to support our Wireless Telecommunications and Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure teams. This role contributes to projects that help expand digital connectivity and sustainable infrastructure across communities. The Land Use Technician assists Land Use Planners and Project Managers with the coordination and administration of zoning and permitting activities required for infrastructure deployment. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. The successful candidate will communicate regularly with internal teams and municipal jurisdictions while ensuring project information remains accurate and up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn regulatory processes while gaining experience in land use planning within the telecommunications and energy infrastructure industries.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Assist with obtaining permits for wireless telecommunications and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects

• Prepare, organize, and submit permit applications to multiple jurisdictions

• Maintain and update internal and external project tracking databases to ensure accurate reporting of project statuses and timelines

• Utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and jurisdictional resources to research site and zoning information

• Review jurisdiction ordinances and regulations to support Land Use Planners in determining zoning compliance

• Track and monitor permitting timelines and proactively follow up with jurisdictions to support project progress.

• Communicate with municipal development departments (planning, building, right-of-way, etc.), consultants, and internal teams to coordinate application requirements and provide project updates.

• Responsibilities include preparing and submitting jurisdictional applications, maintaining project tracking systems, conducting regulatory research, and supporting the overall permitting workflow.

• Prepare daily FedEx, certified mail, and standard mail submissions related to permitting documentation

• Scan, organize, title, notate, and upload project documentation into internal systems and client databases to maintain accurate records

• Participate in client deployment calls and internal project coordination meetings

• Shadow the Land Use Planners at public hearings

Description

The Senior Principal Engineer provides technical thought leadership and hands-on execution in securing Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electrified (CASE) mobility solutions and digital services. This role focuses on end-to-end (E2E) vehicle ecosystem security, including embedded systems, cloud platforms, and mobile applications, ensuring privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles are embedded throughout.

Essential Functions:

•Product cybersecurity technical thought leadership in the research, design, development, manufacturing, and/or operations of the Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electrified mobility solutions and digital services.

•Creation & facilitation of automotive threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA) for the end-to-end (E2E) vehicle ecosystem (embedded, cloud, mobile app).

•Individual contributor executing the roles and responsibilities of an engineering technical lead across multiple projects, processes, and teams. Support activities include:

•Working with stakeholders to understand timeline, input/output, dependencies, etc.

•Technical experience to understand any "impediments" the team may experience

•Work with external stakeholders to remove "impediments" from the team

•Hands-on work to complete TARA, system requirements, system reference architectures for E2E vehicle ecosystem

•Creation & facilitation of technical reference architectures to quickly enable biz divisions to implement solutions that align w/ privacy-by-design & security-by-design.

Requirements:

•8+ years of experience in a security engineering role, with an emphasis on cybersecurity expertise with identifying risks & designing countermeasures for embedded systems, cloud systems, and mobile app.

•4+ years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, internet of things (IOT), and/or software industries
