Optional: Removal of tunneled catheters.
Address dialysis access concerns and manage patient care pre- and post-surgery.
Qualifications: Board Certification in Vascular Surgery is required.
Active Physician Assistant license in West Virginia is required BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
DEA certification is required.
