Summary of Duties: Responsibilities of the Clinical Care Assistant include greeting patients, taking vitals as needed, rooming the patient, completing chart documentation, cleaning exam rooms, cleaning instruments/scopes, answering phones and returning calls in a timely manner.
Locations: East Broad Street
Essential Functions:
- Appropriately documents patient’s chief complaint in medical record.
- Verify all test results are ready for the physician.
- Clean instruments per protocol and maintain clean work area.
- Assists in tracking medical and office supplies.
- Distributes/Routes faxes, test results, referral letters, etc. as necessary.
- Answer incoming phone calls and returns patient calls in a timely manner.
- Manages EMR desktop and alerts/flags.
- Assist physicians during procedures.
- Prepare and date sterile kits per protocol
- Provides discharge instruction/education to patients. Reviews handouts with patients.

Program Overview:
A. Duie Pyle’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an accelerated training program designed to prepare and develop future leaders. LDP will take you on a six month progression where you will learn about operations, project implementation, brokerage, finance and other areas of our business while developing a strong understanding of the transportation industry.
Your career will begin at the closest Pyle terminal to your home. Here, you will learn about freight handling and our LTL, less-than-truckload, business. Over the course of the next six months, you will gain valuable hands on experience working various shifts on our dock and riding along in our trucks. You will learn how our operation works both during the day and at night. Additionally, you’ll spend time in our corporate office engaging with and learning from our senior leadership.
Nearing the completion of the program, you’ll receive your placement within our Pyle network and following successful completion you’ll put your new acquired skills to work.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Shadowing Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training
- Understanding “teamwork” – learning how all team members and roles impacts the operation
- Participating in classroom style learning to develop industry and company knowledge, and develop professional relationships with high level leadership
- Performing several different positions and working on various shifts to gain hands-on experience
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
- Prior work experience, preferably in a supply chain, logistics, transportation or similar field; combination of part-time work, internship, and or co-op in any field or industry will be considered
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (any major) preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent Communication – both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
- Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network upon program completion
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude

SUMMARY:
This on-site position would be responsible for making purchases to support production at our Columbus, OH location. This position would primarily oversee managing connectors, resistors, capacitors, hardware, wire/cable requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes material requirement planning (MRP) reports and independently makes decisions on procuring materials that are on time, under budget, and to customer specification.
- Serves as category expert and is encouraged to make recommendations for re-design to drive cost savings, to build more sustainable sourcing opportunities, and to make supply chain optimizations leading to better overall customer satisfaction.
- Develops and executes supplier managed inventory programs to increase inventory turns.
- Builds strategic supplier relationships fostering collaboration and open dialogue to improve total cost of ownership and on-time delivery metrics.
- Collects and analyzes data to make fact-based decisions that best serve the organization.
- Follows up with suppliers as needed to address any late purchase orders and notifies leadership of potential delivery impacts. Ability to think outside of the box and offer solutions to mitigate delivery risks.
- Processes exceptions and open purchase order reports to identify production gaps and serves as order expeditor with suppliers to address necessary schedule changes or to fix any order discrepancies.
- Assists in resolving any receiving or invoicing issues.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to make process improvements throughout the business.
- Limited travel as required to visit new and existing suppliers.
- Experience with a global supply base and good understanding of logistic incoterms/requirements.
