We are seeking a Director of Quality / Risk Management to join our team!

Responsibilities

Responsible for directing quality management efforts to ensure continuous improvement and organizational excellence, adherence with all regulatory, compliance, accreditation, and legal issues, and promote a safe environment for all employees, patients and visitors. Manage risk issues and oversees the credentialing function for medical staff. Accountable for the development, management and coordination of the hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program designed to improve clinical outcomes and the patient experience. Responsible for maintaining compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, the Joint Commission standards, COLA/CLIA standards and HIPAA Rules and Regulations. Functions as the Risk Manager for organization as well as the Facility Compliance Officer.

Required Skills:

• An active clinical license in the state of employment is required in one of the following fields: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or Respiratory Therapy.
• Minimum three (3) years of work experience or equivalent, in quality/risk management activities required.
• Knowledgeable in the principles of performance improvement.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred. Management experience preferred.
• Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.

We are seeking an RN Infection Preventionist/Professional Development Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities

This individual works closely with medical staff, hospital leadership and all hospital department heads to develop, implement and evaluate the infection prevention and employee health program. This position will monitor infection prevention practices, employee health screening, and conduct surveillance for hospital acquired infections in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention definitions.

Responsible for timely reporting of infections and events to all proper health authorities. Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the education and development needs of the facility with an emphasis on clinical/staff competency. Ensures programs are in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• RNs must have a current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment

These positions focus on building, repairing, and maintaining precision injection molds used in high-volume manufacturing.

This is a strong opportunity for experienced toolmakers, mold makers, or injection mold technicians who enjoy precision machining and working with complex tooling.

Key Responsibilities of Toolmaker:

• Build, repair, and modify precision injection molds and tooling used in production

• Operate and troubleshoot equipment including CNC machines, EDM, mills, grinders, and manual machining equipment

• Work from engineering drawings, CAD/CAM models, and blueprints to fabricate mold components

• Diagnose tooling issues and perform mold maintenance to support production uptime
