Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and scale enterprise-wide test automation using Tricentis Tosca. Define automation strategy, standards, and reusable assets. Mentor automation engineers and enable delivery teams across multiple manufacturing and enterprise application programs.

The role is part of the central Quality Engineering COE supporting multiple client engagements. The architect will work closely with solutioning, presales, delivery, and client stakeholders to drive automation maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise automation standards and best practices

• Design scalable Tosca automation frameworks and reusable assets

• Support, Mentor and coach automation engineers across delivery teams

• Support presales, solutioning, and automation strategy discussions

Primary activities include conducting laboratory / bench research on the development of flavor and fragrance delivery technologies under the general supervision of senior technical staff. This will include preparing samples or prototypes, completing a variety of the internal evaluation including analytical, material characterization, product performance, and product stability testing. This position will require development of an in-depth understanding of chemistry, material and polymer science as they relate to encapsulation, microencapsulation and other delivery systems. The incumbent will spend most of their time at the bench conducting experiments. This is an entry level position looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the field of encapsulation and delivery.

The Senior Network Engineer designs, implements, and maintains advanced network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient connectivity. This role focuses on supporting Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco core routers, Aruba wired and wireless devices, and Cisco Webex for collaboration solutions.

• Design and Deployment: Architect, configure, and deploy Cisco SD-WAN solutions to optimize WAN performance and scalability.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Experience with Aruba wired (switches) and wireless (APs, controllers, ClearPass) solutions.
• Knowledge of Cisco Webex administration, including call control, QoS for real-time communication, and integration with enterprise networks.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with focus on Cisco, Aruba, and Webex technologies.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), or Cisco Webex certifications preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills

The network telecommunications project manager position is responsible for reviewing, presenting and implementation of the design, installation (build, config, test, and deploying), and ensuring the maintenance and support of the company’s network telecommunications systems, including telephone, data, and video systems. Sterling is seeking a Part-Time Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support laboratory and chemical-handling operations. This role is ideal for an EHS professional with hands-on experience in chemical environments who can execute safety programs, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
