This is not a large GC estimating role. Our projects typically range from $100K to $3M, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the preconstruction process by reviewing plans, preparing takeoffs, and coordinating pricing with vendors and subcontractors.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing construction documents and site plans
  • Performing takeoffs and building project estimates
  • Gathering vendor and subcontractor pricing

  • Maintaining project data and documentation in CRM systems
  • Supporting project setup once bids are awarded

This role is a great fit for someone with estimating experience in site development, landscape construction, outdoor amenities, or smaller commercial construction environments.

You’ll likely enjoy this role if you prefer hands-on estimating across multiple projects rather than working on one massive job at a large construction firm.

If you enjoy detailed work, collaborating with a small team, and seeing projects move from concept to installation, we’d love to hear from you.
