- Make outreach to Medicare members to assist in removing barriers to medication adherence.
- Partner with pharmacies and providers to close adherence gaps when the Medicare member is unengaged or when the Medicare member requires assistance.
- Contact providers to close SUPD (Statin Use in Persons with Diabetes) gaps.
- Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) with eligible Medicare members to give the member a better understanding of their medications and health.
- Send interventions to providers through fax or the CMR platform to alert the provider of potential drug interactions and adverse reactions, dose changes, adherence issues, etc.
- Provide counseling to Medicare members regarding medications.
- Provide Medicare members with information regarding their pharmacy benefits (ie. formulary, preferred pharmacy, supplemental benefits, etc.)
- Provide clinical guidance and support to the Pharmacy Quality Specialists
Hiring Requirements
• PharmD
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• North Carolina pharmacy license.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple properties while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly property inspections (QA).
- Maintain building systems and supervise all repairs.
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including 24/7 emergency response.
- Assist Leasing/Broker Representatives in maintaining high occupancy and supporting tenant retention.
- Communicate effectively with tenants throughout their tenancy.
- Read and interpret lease documents and vendor service agreements.
- Administer and coordinate rent collection procedures, including follow-ups on delinquencies.
- Enforce lease terms, rental agreements, and building rules.
- Communicate technical and financial information clearly to maintenance staff, tenants, and upper management.
- Manage and control operating expenses.
- Analyze monthly and annual budgets and explain variances.
- Participate in the preparation of annual operating budgets and maintain adherence to budget guidelines.
- Initiate and manage capital improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Property Management experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); AppFolio experience preferred.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to industrial, office, and retail property management and tenant rights.
- Understanding of safety practices, risk management, and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Ability to plan and manage projects within budget and designated timelines.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate diplomatically with tenants.

We're looking for Pediatric RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Winston-Salem, NC. The right RN should have 1-2 years' recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.
As a Pediatric Travel Nurse, you will provide preventative and acute care to children and adolescents in all settings. Pediatric RNs should have experience and skill caring for patients of all ages and providing support to patients' family members.
As a PED Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
- Provide age-appropriate care to patients.
- Help patients to be comfortable with examination and procedures.
- Perform physical, medical and diagnostic tests.
- Assess for critical signs and symptoms in the pediatric and adolescent patient populations.
- Assist treating physician during examination, treatment and procedures.
- Provide information, education and support to patients' family members.
PED Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. Pediatric RNs may face hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.
