Monitor patients closely throughout surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Provide post-operative pain management as needed.
Perform special procedures, such as peripheral nerve blocks, spinals, and epidurals.
Respond to emergency airway management and code situations within the hospital.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Epic electronic medical record system.
Who You Are: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a current and active license to practice in Minnesota (MN).
Board-certified in anesthesia.
Strong clinical skills and experience in administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, with a minimum of two years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
Proficient in sterile technique and anesthesia safety protocols.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and a willingness to take on a diverse caseload.
ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
