We are seeking a skilled CNC Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves CNC programming, equipment setup, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC machines (Haas, Mazak, DMG) using G-Code/NC Code
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT CAM/Mastercam
- Set up, prove out, and troubleshoot CNC processes and production equipment
- Interpret mechanical drawings and design fixtures
- Support process validation, automation qualification, and change management
- Train operators and technicians on CNC processes and equipment
- Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
- Contribute to lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- CNC Machinist certification or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Technical field)
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production (automotive or related industry)
- Strong experience with CNC programming, G-Code, NC Code, and CAM software
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines (Haas, Mazak preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 5/6-axis machining
- CAD/SolidWorks proficiency
- Six Sigma Green Belt

Job Duties
- Analyzes medical records using the Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set (UHDDS)
- Interprets documentation and assigns proper International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Edition, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) diagnoses and ICD-10-Procedural Classification System (PCS) operative procedure codes utilizing designated software to include Computer Assisted Coding (CAC) and/or encoder, coding manuals and other reference material. ·
- Reviews DRG assigned to each record. Enters coded/abstracted information into software, analyzes DRG groupings, and observes for appropriate DRG assignment. ·
- Reviews high dollar and more complex cases including but not limited to, medical, surgical, behavioral health and IP Rehabilitation.
- Applies IRF-PAI guidelines for IP Rehabilitation coding.
Experience & Skills
- Min 2 years' inpatient coding experience
- CCS (AHIMA
