The DOF is responsible for financial compliance and adherence of the management agreement with the nonprofit property owners’ association and the financial and accounting reporting and analysis of the on-site ancillary business operations.
The DOF develops, implements and supports the delivery of financial products and services to meet the needs of the organization.
The DOF ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), corporate policies and standards e.g., MVW-66 and Sarbanes Oxley.
They oversee day to day operations by providing leadership, guidance and support to the sites F&A team by directing, planning, managing and executing against deliverables in a timely fashion.
The DOF’s four core work activities include, but not limited to, leading a team of on-site Finance & Accounting (F&A) professionals, business partnering with various stakeholders to execute and meet financial objectives, financial statement review and analysis, and implementation and compliance of accounting controls.

We are seeking an Endoscopy RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to assist credentialed physicians in the performance of endoscopic procedures to diagnose, care, and treat patients. In this role you will:
Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process in the peri-operative setting.
Prepare and equip endoscopy suites for indicated procedure.
Follow established protocol for scheduling patients in the OR module for each procedure.
Educate patients regarding procedure, provides comfort and support for patient, and prepares patient for indicated procedure.
Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to follow moderate sedation policy and procedure.
Knowledge of medications used during procedures and ability to monitor patient status.
Identify potential and actual complications related to endoscopic procedures.
Evaluate and document patient response: monitors and recognizes changes in physiological and psychological status.
Support, maintain and provide an environment which is supportive of quality patient care through effective use of resources and personnel.
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
