Position Summary:
The Route Sales Representative (RSR) role at Aunt Millie's involves building and maintaining customer relationships while managing a specific route in the wholesale baking and route distribution industry. RSRs interact with grocery store managers, receiving personnel, and other store staff, serving as a visible representative of the brand.
Essential Job Functions:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing accounts to foster customer loyalty.
Deliver and sell products to established accounts, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Transport products from company vehicles to retail establishments, effectively stocking shelves.
Preplan and fulfill specific orders for each customer, maximizing efficiency.
Utilize an iPad to manage route activities, including order tracking and customer communication.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate additional business.
Implement strategies to minimize product expiration and maintain freshness.
Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
Adhere to safe work procedures to ensure personal and public safety.
Load and unload bread baskets throughout the day, following proper lifting and handling protocols.
Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
Enjoy engaging with people and prefer an active role over desk work, with strong driving skills.
Possess a valid driver's license and a clean 3-year driving record.
Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations.
Successfully pass a drug screening.
Possess basic math skills for essential job tasks.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering quality work.
Committed to providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and dedication.
Driving Record: candidates cannot have convictions in the past three years on their driving record for DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug related offense, careless/reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension (unless not notified), fleeing/eluding a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 miles+ above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (not including seat belt violations).

Job summary
Fueling Agent provides all necessary and required fueling services as contracted by the customer to include, but not be limited to, aircraft fueling/de-fueling, vehicle fueling and operation of motorized/non-motorized fueling equipment.
The expected pay rate is $23/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
Your activities
- Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
- Operate motorized fueling vehicles (fuel tank trucks, standard and automatic transmissions)
- Operate non-motorized fueling vehicles (hydrant carts)
- Fuel and de-fuel aircraft per flight crew/flight plan requirements
- Inspect fueling equipment and vehicles report malfunctions or inconsistencies
- Perform accurate fueling calculations
- Fuel ground support equipment (gasoline or diesel) as required
- Interact with carrier personnel
- Utilize hand-held radios, telephones and computers for communication
- Complete and submit all documentation associated with fueling activities
- Respond to fuel emergencies (i.e. fuel spills) utilizing emergency response cart and follow established environmental/company guidelines
- Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements
- Must comply with Swissport SOPs and policies

Purpose: The Overnight Receiving Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. In addition, the Overnight Receiving Supervisor is responsible for supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators; will manage the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment)
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning in order to ship and receive products at the store in a productive and cost-efficient manner
- Direct the day-to day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
- Responsible for the warehouse as it pertains to Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products
- Responsible for maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and communicating all necessary repairs to CEM and/or Operations Manager. Ensure that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution functions
- Responsible for warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of all OSHA local and state regulations
- Ensure all associates are trained and following all standard operating procedures
- Responsible for the progressive disciplinary process in the area of counseling, oral and written warnings; ensures a productive labor climate in the warehouse operation
- Handle general employee inquiries and solves problems
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations
- Complete necessary Activity Reports for management
- Monitor the flow of paperwork from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist for timely data entry
- Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports
- Responsible for the execution of the Storage Buy Audit COP.
- Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
- Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
- Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
- Perform other related duties as directed by management
Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment): While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.
