A minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal in defense civil litigation, ideally employment litigation.

A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved institution or equivalent.

3.

Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local court filing rules, litigation procedures, and protocols.

4.

Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5.

Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

6.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

7.

Strong research skills and the ability to interpret and relay legal information with accuracy.

8.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of professional nursing practice and ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations.
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and respond to acute changes in condition.
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders.
  • Communicate changes in patient status, diagnostic results, and clinical findings to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Initiate emergency interventions in accordance with BLS/ACLS standards.
  • Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
  • Supervise and collaborate with LPNs and nursing support staff.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
  • Adhere to patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
Qualifications:

1. Current and valid state RN License.
