Early Childhood Director

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Director to lead day-to-day operations for an early learning program serving Infants through Pre-K. This individual will oversee staff, curriculum development, licensing compliance, and operational excellence while fostering a safe, organized, and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily center operations, ensuring compliance with all state licensing and sanitation standards
- Oversee staff training, onboarding, interviewing, and hiring
- Develop, support, and maintain curriculum for Infants through Pre-K
- Create, organize, and maintain back-office files, documentation, and checklists
- Ensure accurate and timely licensing documentation, including personal statements and required forms
- Lead and support staff with strong soft skills, coaching, and accountability
- Prioritize and manage deadlines while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility
Required Qualifications
- Updated Directorβs Certificate
- 6+ years of experience in a licensed early childhood operation
- (8β10 years total experience preferred)
- Background working with Infants through Pre-K
- Bachelorβs degree in Education or a related field
- Pediatric CPR certification
- Experience in recreational leadership or management
- Strong organizational, administrative, and operational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Primary Purpose:
The Copy Clerk is responsible for providing high-quality document reproduction services to support the daily operations of the Campus. This position involves operating photocopiers, scanners, and related office equipment to duplicate and distribute printed materials accurately and efficiently. The Copy Clerk ensures that all copying tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Additional responsibilities may include managing supply inventories, performing basic equipment maintenance, and assisting with other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Basic familiarity with office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners)
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle repetitive tasks
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Operate photocopy and printing machines to duplicate documents
Sort, label, and distribute copied materials to the appropriate departments or individuals
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on copying equipment
Maintain records of copying jobs, supplies used, and completed tasks
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information
Assist with filing, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed
Any and all other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
