This role involves custom coating processes in a high-temperature environment.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable with physical labor, safety protocols, and working in a fast-paced production setting.

Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including a full-face respirator Meet daily production goals and quality standards Requirements Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.
– 5:30 p.m.
(Some Saturdays as required) Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
