Job Summary

Unit and Personnel Management

• Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice, with an associate degree preferred and CPR certification recommended (required for direct patient care in Georgia). Must meet state-specific regulatory requirements.
• Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, general medical-surgical, or population-specific care (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics) is required, along with willingness to serve on-call.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the minimum required liability auto insurance.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46.03 - $99.14

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. IM/FP Physician Needed Near Windham, CT A regional community health center covering a thirty seven town rural region in eastern Connecticut is seeking an IM or FP physician to join other dedicated staff that provides a full range of preventative and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance of chronic diseases, 24 hour on call, care coordination, as well as complete behavioral health and dental services.
