This role offers a diverse, fast-paced environment requiring proficiency in both supervised and unsupervised settings, with a strong emphasis on Obstetric Anesthesia.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for a mixed caseload of adult and pediatric patients.
Special focus on obstetric cases, including epidurals, VBAC/TOLAC, and TAP blocks.
Participate in required on-call rotations (PM/Weekends), including overnight beeper calls (30-minute response time).
Schedule Snapshot: Regular: Monday
- Thursday (8 hours/day, 7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM) for elective procedures.
Friday: Emergent cases only (e.g., C-sections).
Call: Rotated PM and weekend coverage.
Requirements: Current NBCRNA Certification and a valid Minnesota State CRNA License.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRNA.
ACLS and BLS certifications.
Strong proficiency in EPIC charting is required.
Proven expertise in Obstetric Anesthesia.
