• Services Available Onsite: - Stress Echo, DOBUTamine Stress Echo - Cardiolite Treadmill Stress Test, Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test, Treadmill EKG Stress Test - EKG, TEE - Cardiac Catheterization, Vascular Testing, Cardiac Rehabilitation - Nuclear Medicine, Emergency Cardiac Care
• Other Info: - Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions - Will supervise APPs - Will receive a clinical faculty appointment

• Active OH License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)

• Base Salary
• Group goals focused on quality, operations and productivity and determined by Division Director
• Potential to earn annual bonus up to $75K based on scorecard metrics to be established by the Division director at OSUWMC
• One-time signing bonus of $50,000
• Relocation stipend up to $15,000
• 176 hours of vacation time per year with a 240-hour carry-over limit
• 120 hours of sick time accrued annually
• 11 paid holidays per year (8-hour days)
• $7,500 annual CME allowance
