JOB SUMMARY

The primary function of this role is to sell new contracts for sprinkler systems. The employee will be responsible for bidding contract work, creating job schedules, coordinating the delivery of tools, identifying and managing the personnel assigned to each project, and tracking labor efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Sell new and used sprinkler system services to new and existing customers.
• Learn, understand, and interpret local, state, and national building fire codes to identify compliance issues at customer facilities and recommend solutions.
• Perform customer surveys as required/requested.

• Complete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management.

The Death Claims and Beneficiary Specialist prepares and processes insurance death claims as deaths are reported. This role changes and maintains beneficiaries on life policies so accurate records are retained. This role also prepares state reports for annual compliance reporting for unclaimed funds.

• Receive inbound phone calls helping members determine what needs to be done with their beneficiary(s) or provide assistance in completing forms they received.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
