Bryson City, NC – Emergency Medicine NP/PA Locum Tenens
April Start | 10 Shifts/Month Available | Level IIII Trauma Center
Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) for a high-acuity community hospital in Bryson City, NC. This is a short-term, 2–6 month assignment beginning April 11, 2026, with guaranteed monthly shifts and multiple schedule options.
If you’re an APP with proven EM experience and comfort in a busy, trauma-designated ED — this is an ideal opportunity to step into consistent coverage with full medical staff support.
Assignment Snapshot

- Schedule Availability: 10 shifts per month
- Shifts Available:
- 7AM–7PM
- 7PM–7AM
- EMR: Paragon
- Privileging: Temporary privileges available (~30 days)

This is a modern ED with strong medical staff alignment, and rapid access to specialty support — creating a safe and well-structured environment for APPs practicing independently.
Clinical Requirements
- Certification: NCCPA or NCCNP (required)
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS
- Experience: 3+ years Emergency Medicine experience
- Licensure: Active & unrestricted North Carolina license
- Must be comfortable managing acute presentations and collaborating with the ED and HM teams
