We’re looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to support and coordinate maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and production leadership to keep high-speed processing and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities during the shift to ensure production equipment and facility systems operate efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed packaging equipment including wrappers, cartoners, check-weighers, case packers, conveyors, and barcode systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and issue work orders to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair 110/230/460V electrical systems including motors, relays, starters, panels, and wiring.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and assist with basic PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment for cleaning, lubrication, and scheduled maintenance.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to restore production operations.
- Assist with facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate and monitor outside contractors performing maintenance or repair work.
- Support safety programs including lockout/tagout, ladder safety, and equipment operation training.
- Assist with training maintenance staff, wastewater technicians, and lift equipment operators.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with food safety and facility standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or a USDA/FDA regulated environment.
- Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience troubleshooting production and packaging equipment.
- Ability to read electrical control schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Brockton, MA, for a Forklift Supervisor. The Forklift Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including the loading, unloading, and handling of materials, as well as the coordination of arrival and departure of road trailers. The role includes supervising a team of 15-20 employees to ensure efficiency in dock receiving, sorting, packing, and material distribution, while maintaining rigorous safety and operational standards. Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Essential Duties:

Personnel
The Chef is responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen staffing and is responsible for the hiring and
scheduling of quality employees to execute the menu successfully and to maintain the smooth flow of
kitchen operations.
Specifically:
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate staffing levels and remaining abreast of any changes that may
impact staffing needs.
- Keeping the GM informed of all staffing needs.
- Ensuring thorough and complete training of all employees, including kitchen operations, knife

The Chef is responsible for the daily upkeep of the physical restaurant/kitchen, specifically:

Core responsibilities:
- Sales and Leadership
- Responsible for maximizing sales in your assigned retail location by leading a team of Representatives to achieve sales and compliance results.
- Leverage best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotional offer use, retention tools, and overall customer sales and service expectations.
- Work with leadership to analyze the business of the retail location and implement practices to fulfill goals. These include helping in the recruitment and training of sales reps, managing key KPI's from the Sales Report and keeping high NPS scores.
- Implement weekly, monthly sales incentives to meet and exceed growth objectives.
- Follow best practices using the support of the Operations team to improve the cost-effectiveness of the operations.
- Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products and accessories.
- Follow and administer cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc.
- Works with team to ensure excellence in customer service with every customer contact.
- Coordinate with Leadership & Training team to initiate and sustain effective sales channel training and development programs.

High School or Equivalent
3-5 years of sales experience preferred
Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred
