Location: This role will initially support operations at 3840 Lockbourne Industrial Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43207 and 6085 Winchester Pike, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Beginning April 2026, this position will be permanently based at 6085 Winchester Pike, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET

Base Salary: $58,000– $72,000 per year

Responsibilities:&

  • Assist in the recruiting process including but not limited to; conduct second round interviews, make offers and referral policy
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and oversee the on-boarding process with new employees in order to process HR related paperwork
  • Administrative activities related to employee benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, open enrollment, 401K, and life insurance

Position Summary:

The RT Vent Field Clinician is a Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory patient care to Vent patients for optimal outcomes. Provides respiratory care to patients in alternate sites in accordance with AdaptHealth’s policies and procedures. Respiratory care will be preventative, rehabilitative, and palliative in nature. The RT will utilize all the resources available within the agency and community to accomplish care objectives. This position will provide education and care to the patient and communicate with team, physicians and referral sources and other patient agencies ensuring prompt attention to patient care issues.

- Utilizes various sources of information to attain greater competence about his or her position, including attending educational events (including attending optional in-services) and asking questions.

Position Summary

The President & CEO serves as the chief executive and strategic leader of AmericanHort, responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, strengthening member value, ensuring financial sustainability, and representing the industry at the national level. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO leads a high-performing staff team, partners closely with volunteer leadership, and serves as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the industry.


Current President & CEO Ken Fisher is stepping down after a highly successful ten years, during which he led the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic and into a stronger financial position. This leadership allowed AmericanHort to advance critical governance, create impactful industry education programs, and propel the horticulture industry's flagship trade show and conference (Cultivate) into one of the most respected.


In addition to leading the trade association, the CEO provides executive leadership, staffing, and operational oversight for the Horticultural Research Institute (HRI), ensuring strong alignment with governance, programmatic impact, and financial stewardship in partnership with the HRI Board of Directors.
